She has many tattoos and she told me immediately where I had to go to get it fixed and that Rob was the man to see. Rob couldn't have been more different than the other guy I saw at the bad tattoo parlor. He was kind and patient. He made me feel very comfortable after my previous terrible experience. He himself was upset at the bad work and scar the original "artist" left me with. He worked wonders on that mess the other dude left me with and I'm very happy with the result. Rob: you're awesome and I know that in the future, you're the artist for me.

His line work has been so crisp especially on smaller detailed things. He always made time to squeeze me in when he could and it was MUCH appreciated. I'm so happy that he had been the first experience I had getting tattooed. Worth every nickel and dime. I also got an elbow piece done by Jade I do agree with some of the previous reviews shes not the best with time management and how long you're waiting. Ive been there multiple occasions where she never came in for appointments or was hours late. But besides that she killed my elbow piece I let her do her idea of what would look better rather than my idea of solid color she shaded it and used white ink that I'm always ask if it's real because of how great it came out. She did such good small line work and being on my elbow is great. If you're looking for a comfortable atmosphere I recommend them, they've made my tattoo experiences great.

Upon arrival, my sister and I were impressed by how clean it was. The interior colors weren't dark but vibrant. The artwork on the wall wasn't intimidating, and the workers were present but definitely about their business. As we spoke to the front desk manager, she provided us with details about pricing, scheduling, and leaving a deposit. On the day of our appointment, we spoke with Tiffany about the design and she presented ideas of how to improve it. She was professional, courteous, and flexible. This being my first tattoo, she made me feel comfortable by describing what to expect, which helped to calm my nerves- her pink bedazzled tattoo gun helped as well. One thing I appreciated was the extent they took to sanitize the room after each person was done. All in all, Tiffany did an amazing job! She is a passionate artist who takes pride in her work. I would be more than happy to recommend her services and personally use her for any future tattoo needs.

vaughn needs to chill out and do some yoga…read more.. i had two tattoos and a piercing done here; eli, kate and ali... they are all absolutely LOVELY and i would have given this studio 5 stars if it hadn't been for today's completely terrible and disappointing experience. i had a 1pm apt with eli, we had been planning this artwork out for over a month and i know my design was tricky and complicated. eli did sooo so much to make sure i was completely satisfied, he was working on the drawing for over an hour and i really appreciated his attention to detail. i knew too that he would execute this amazingly and exactly as i had wanted it. so the design i wanted was the flower of life, but taking over my shoulder. the flower of life is sacred geometry; what this entire fabric of what we call reality is woven of. i see it all the time and it's literally everywhere. when it came to placing the stencil on my shoulder, i knew the design would not be perfect because of the limitations of this physical reality. i obviously understand that he didn't want the design to look bad, and appreciate it, but i literally saw the solution so clearly and also had so much confidence in eli and his artwork. vaughn started insulting the tattoos that i have, saying 'it's not my fault you have two fucked up tattoos' (they're not, btw) and then began literally YELLING at me. it was at this point that i couldn't proceed with eli and i's work, so asked him to wipe it off so i could leave. as a business owner, i would never speak to a customer that way, as you aren't a business without customers, lol. also, as a human, don't fucking yell at people, you have no idea what's going on in their lives. baaaaadddd vibessss. the way he acted was completely unprofessional, totally unnecessary and i will absolutely never step foot into the space again after being treated like complete garbage.

On the same day, Kenny also tattooed a beautiful ankle bracelet with an evil eye. Their work overall is distinguished and beautiful. I am giving a four rather than a five for lack of response to a follow-up email to Ian and Kenny. It has been three weeks (the appointment was on 1/6/23, and the last email was sent on 2/4/23). Kenny said if I had any issues with my tattoo, to reach out, which I did. My pupil has a slight fade, so when I reached out, it was to add a bit of color to the pupil. Neither artist gave me the courtesy of returning my email, which I find disappointing. Why offer the opportunity to reach out when you ignore any communication from the customer? Due to the lack of response, I am taking it personally and guess that they no longer want us as a customer for their establishment for additional work. I feel sorry for my son due he expressed having Kenny continue working on his arm. Unfortunately, that is no longer an option. Now we have to find a new artist due to the catfish/ghosting from Amity Irons.
