She advised me to come in for a consult so that Erica can see my hair. I went in for my consult and Erica was great. After my consult we made an appointment! It was time for my appointment! I reminded Erica of what I wanted and she listened 100%! I wanted black with blue. She advised me there are a lot of different blues and she showed them all to me. I walked out with I believe 4 different blues! My hair was better than I could have imagined. Erica brought so much life back to my hair. So why 4 stars and not 5? When I paid I was not advised of the fee for using a card. It also isn't advertised anywhere. I didn't know until I got my receipt. I wish the receptionist either told me when I handed her the card or even after. If I didn't ask for my receipt I never would have known and would have thought I was charged the wrong amount on my statement.
