What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a three-month ordeal filled with missed appointments, constant rescheduling, no-shows, and zero communication unless I reached out repeatedly. Despite paying over $400, the job was never completed, and the hot tub was left in worse condition than before. I was promised multiple times that the work would be finished or refunded, but those promises were never kept. I've documented every message and delay -- the pattern is consistent: excuses, no-shows, and unreturned texts. At this point, I believe this company takes advantage of customers and should not be trusted with your time or money. I'm posting this so others don't make the same mistake I did.
