Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level. All you have to do is bring your items to the Tech Services desk and an associate will do the rest. They pack, label, and ship it back for free. The employee who helped me out was friendly and efficient. The store is pretty well organized with proper signage so that you won't have trouble finding anything. They have a lot of promotions/deals/coupons.

Unfortunately, he didn't have the part in stock, but he was kind enough to offer some advice, as well as disconnect the fan to prevent the noise from continuing to occur until I am able to get a fan replacement.
