It was just prior to Memorial Day weekend, so spring had sprung we had geese with babies parade through our yard and private beach. There were bald eagles and deer everywhere. We had one bald eagle that sat on a tree for hours almost every day. The natural beauty is unrivaled and the owner and his son were so helpful and friendly. We sat for hours outside just enjoying the natural beauty and wildlife. Farragut State Park is literally right next door to the resort, a must see. We loved it there so much that we would love to retire to the area. Thank you for an amazing stay and the most adorable cabin and private beach. Also, everything you could possibly need is in the cabin, including a wine opener so you don't have to bring one. Thank you for making our 25th wedding anniversary so magical!!!!

We walked down to the river, which was across the road, and discovered there was no good place to swim and the dock was absolutely covered in goose droppings. This family has always taken care of us and our guests. We rent the pontoon boats and they are always clean, filled up, and everything in working order. Respect their equipment, stay away from sand bars and keep an eye out for the occasional flotsam, and enjoy a great time!

They did not. I brought my 4 wheeler into get one front wheel fixed. The bill was $423.00. Upon returning home, both front wheels wouldn't engage into 4x4. So it was in worse condition then when I brought it into them. I called them and the manger said "there is nothing we can do for you." Can you believe that!! We took our boat to a different mechanic to summarize spring 2024. We were informed winterization did not happen and to make matters worse, the engine block cracked over the winter since this service wasn't done. New owner was unwilling to accept responsibility for the mistake and offered no refund. I spoke with a manager at the property that rents the space to the marina. He informed me that unfortunately this isn't the only time they were aware of the marina ruining someone's boat and did not take responsibility. AVOID THIS BUSINESS

At their suggestion we went bigger than what I was thinking. I have spent a lot of time on the lake and had forgotten that bigger is always better on Priest Lake. SKI boot totally ripped could not use , wake board boot ripped barely functional. only one size large size board so some people could not use. Radio on boat did not work Jet Ski broke after couple of hours. blamed us , asked for use of another one for couple of hours - request denied. dont think we would come back . these new owners need to update their equipment and maintenance procedures.
