[[HIGHLIGHT]]Kevin showed compassion and professionalism on one of my hardest days.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I picked up my kitty I couldn't believe that he printed her a death certificate and included a small bag of her fur in addition to the beautiful engraved box that she is in. This totally brought me to tears. I am thankful to have found Blue Creek.

I didn't really know what to expect from a Crematorium, but once we dropped off Karly, I was rest assured Kevin would take care of her. He promised me she would have her own private cremation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]His comfort and compassion at our time of need was greatly appreciated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Upon pickup of Karly, I was pleasantly surprised at what he had done for us. She was in a small beautiful box (that my daughter picked out) with an engraved nameplate, and a certificate of cremation with her name on it as well. It was WAY more than I what had expected, and exactly what we needed!! I would highly recommend Blue Creek for anybody looking for a reasonable price and GREAT service!!

Blue Creek forgot my dog's cremation appt and rescheduled us! When I found another facility I gave Blue Creek the respect I wish I'd gotten.

I would give zero stars if I could and I would NEVER wish my experience with Blue Creek Pet Cremation on anyone who loves their pet. I called Blue Creek (based on all the great Yelp reviews) on a Thursday and spoke to Kevin about their witnessed cremation services. The next day I call Blue Creek back to make an appointment because our little pug dog was going to be put down on Monday. I speak to Kevin again (who claimed to remember me) and he makes the appointment for Monday February 14th at 2pm. Later that morning Kevin texts me a confirmation of my appointment on Monday at 2pm, and the address to their facility (screenshots included). I show up on Monday the 14th at 2pm cradling the body of my dead dog and a woman named Michelle tells us that they don't have us on the books and can't take us. She also adds in that her propane setup wasn't working right so her morning appointments were all backed up. Seriously? She barely apologized and then said she "couldn't find her husband" to confirm if he'd taken the appointment. She didn't even bother to talk to us outside and instead we had to shout to each other over the roaring cremation chambers that were on. Who does this?!?! I was DEVASTATED. The whole reason I wanted our dog's euthanasia and cremation to happen on the same day was to avoid having to put his little body on ice, but I was forced to. I found an AMAZING cremation service in Livermore that allowed a fully witnessed cremation, and we had Oscar's service that Thursday. Stay away from Blue Creek Pet Cremation!

Michele and her husband were great! My cat unfortunately passed away. I called a few places the next day he passed and everyone was pretty pricey. They had the best price and they were able to get me in the same day. I dropped off Kobe and they were very respectful and super nice! I even got to meet Michele's Mom. Also super nice! Thank you for everything and for getting Kobe back to me fast. They even gave me a small bag with his fur inside it, that was a really nice gesture.! :,)

Kevin was responsive over Yelp messenger and text about setting up a witness and same day cremation. On the phone, he said he would text me the address after 30 minutes but he never did. I followed up and he responded with the information. It was important for us to make sure our cat was the one being returned to us and same day. Other places quote 2 or 3 weeks. Price was very reasonable. Michelle, the person on location, was very kind and respectful with the whole process. She made a hard day better with her professionalism and clear communication. I would recommend and use them again. I feel lucky to have our cat back at home in his final form. They have beautiful urn options on location as well.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience to say good bye to our beloved Hershey for 13 years. The paw frame, necklace and urn is amazing! You can tell Michelle really work hard making the paw print frame. Thank you Michelle and Kevin from the bottom of our hearts.

Brought my little Ruby pie here for cremation. She was an adorable cobby 13 pound French bulldog. They were very nice and had beautiful remembrance items to choose from. I ended up with a necklace and dream catcher ball to hang from my rear view mirror. There was so many choices. It took my mind off the pain. Thank you. Takes about 3-4 days.

We lost our sweet Chihuahua Tequila at 1:30 am Monday, November 29th. I searched on yelp for a place for cremation. I wanted to find the right place my sweet girl. I came across Blue creek Cremation. They are located outside the city. Their site caught my attention off because they had . Called to make appointment with Kevin and then Once I was there Michelle incredibly helpful in assisting me through the entire process. They answer all my questions. And handled everything with great care. Their prices are fairly affordable. My package included a nice frame which holds a picture on one side and her paw print on the other. The entire process took 3 days. Tequila was taken in on a Monday and Wednesday a I picked her up. If you are looking for a place that cares for their customers Blue Creek Cremation is the place for you.

They said that we could come in asap and that there was no wait period, which I appreciated. On top of that, he empathized and was patient with me when I sobbed on the phone because it happened so soon. Which I truly appreciated since it proved to me that Shane is a real one. To wrap up, their prices are extremely fair, the options are gorgeous as seen in the pics I included, and the turn around time to complete the cremation was finished in a week. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone who is looking for a crematorium for their recently deceased fur baby. 10/10 easy for this spot.

They have a lot of staff on hand and specific prescription food. Their response for prescriptions to send out to Chewy is also very fast. The bad: Most of the time I call and they answer and ask me to hold (unless it' an emergency). I hold and hold ... and HOLD. In fact I have held sometimes over 20 minutes and nobody every comes back to help me. Just because it's not an emergency and I am willing to hold that does not mean FOREVER! After you help your customer in line then it's my turn please. Oh also, you had better have a LOT of money because this place will not start with the basic things. They immediately head right to the easiest way to make as much money as possible. Cat got a wheeze and lost a couple pounds? Let's run bloodwork for $650. That all came back fine? Oh ok, then let's do an Xray for $650. All clear there? Doc basically refuses anything else but an exam of the GI for $750. We pass on the GI test and the breathing get's worse. Call back and now they want to start the process over again with chest Xrays for another $650. How about starting out small and do some steroids or an antibiotic first? I guess that's not going to make them enough money. Imagine going into a doctor and saying you have a fever and a cough and they immediately send you in for Xrays and bloodwork and CT scans and an MRI just for the hell of it. Hey Jules ... Not everyone has a money tree in the back yard.
