We had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved 14-year-old Pom-Chi, Cuppy. I knew from the beginning that I wanted her final moments to be at home, surrounded by the people and familiar surroundings she loved, so the experience would be as peaceful and comfortable as possible. We reached out to a few other mobile vets, but when we came across Dr. Park's website, we immediately felt that she would be the right person to help us through this difficult time. Dr. Park was absolutely wonderful. She came to our home on a Friday on very short notice and was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. She gently walked us through the entire process, explained what we could expect, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She also carefully explained the aftercare process, which gave us peace of mind during an overwhelming and emotional time. We cannot thank Dr. Park enough for the compassion and dignity she showed Cuppy and our family. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet after 14 years is heartbreaking, but Dr. Park helped make Cuppy's final moments peaceful, gentle, and surrounded by love. We will always be grateful to Dr. Park for the care she provided and for allowing us to say goodbye to our sweet Cuppy in the comfort of her own home.

Our Aero Dyson the day he was rescued from the shelter and the day he crossed the rainbow bridge. He brought us so much joy over the years!

Eight days ago (09/18/26) we made the gut-wrenching decision to let our 14-year old Grand-Doggie cross the rainbow bridge. We miss him so much. Aero Dyson had an aggressive cancer that was surgically removed in December 2025 but continued to grow over the months. As much as we wanted to do everything we could to keep him with us, we knew it was time. We were blessed to have found Dr. Park and that she was able to come to our home to help our little guy escape from the pain and sickness while in the comfort of his own home. Dr. Park arrived on time and with such a calm about her, despite the rest of us completely falling apart with just the thought of what was happening and knowing that we wouldn't have our little guy around anymore. It was our first time going thru this and I don't wish that sorrow on a worst enemy. I'm so thankful for Dr. Park's demeanor, her soft and steady voice as she talked us thru the process, her gentleness with our Pup, and her patience with each step as we all cried our eyes out before she could move on to the final injection. Because of Dr. Park - our Pup was in his own comfortable and loving home, surrounded by the people who loved him the most and whom he loved back unconditionally - he was painfree and peaceful as he crossed over. As horrible as it was to lose our pet, we're indebted to Dr. Park for making it the kind of experience that we can look back on and know that we gave our Pup the loving gift of peace. To top it off, a few days later we received a heartfelt, thoughtful, and empathetic card in the mail from Dr. Park! We highly recommend her!

Friday July 3rd/26 was the darkest day of my life . I had to put to eat my old man of 18 years because he was suffering from kidney failure. This was my first dog so I was new to this . Dr. park cam explained everything to me. She was so kind made the process less painful . Before every injection she let me spend some time with my fur baby . Once it was done she let me spend some time before she brought a beautiful basket with flowers . What gives me peace is knowing my baby didn't suffer . He went to heaven peacefully . And she carried him a way in such honor . Thank you Dr. Park for how kind and caring you were during the process . I highly recommend at home euthanized of your pet . I'm so glad I did it . My dog went to eye be where he spend his 18 years, a place he felt safe and loved .

Dr. Park was amazing. Even though I am an emotional mess, she made the process so special. Thank you Dr. Park

Lucky and Romo

We have two very reactive rescue dogs (Lucky and Romo) and vet visits are always traumatic for them (and us). Dr Park was so incredibly patient with them both. Between her calm demeanor and yummy treats she got Lucky to actually like her. I can't recommend her highly enough. Shots and exam all sorted out and the dogs are all good. Our last mobile vet retired and I was nervous at finding a new one. So happy we chose Dr Park Thank you!

It's been 8 years since I last stepped foot in Groveway Pet Hospital. My last experience with them…read moreleft me with an extremely bad taste in my mouth, so much so that I swore I'd never go back to them. However, my big boy Chomper is 12+, and last January I noticed he was really struggling to do normal things. I changed his routine and started hand-making his food, and he instantly got better. But having had another dog who was the same mixed breed and who showed the same signs towards the end of life, I knew Chomper's time was limited. Then last week he had a bad morning, and seeing he was in pain, I relented and called Groveway hoping that they'd just prescribe him some medication for pain management. I was able to bring him in that same day, and of course the first thing he does is urinate all over their waiting room floor like he had never whizzed in his life (and I JUST let him relieve himself outside beforehand). I apologized and offered to clean it up, but the receiption staff and another staff member quickly began to clean it up without hesitation and reassured me that it was ok. We entered into the examination room, and from the very beginning vet tech Stella was kind, polite and asked poignant quesitons. Soon after Dr. Powell came in, and she was equally kind, polite and wanting to help my boy. Dr. Powell was wonderful - she was compassionate and at the same time willing to have the difficult conversations. We decided on bloodwork that would take about 30 mins or so. Needing a urine sample, Stella escorted us outside to the back area with room to roam and a bench to sit at. After getting the sample, Stella made every effort to make sure my boy was comfortable - she invited us to stay in the backyard to enjoy the fresh air and sun, she brought out a blanket for Chompet to lie on, and she brought both of us water as well. Needless to say, after my last experience with Groveway, I was hesitant to contact them thinking that they might somehow try to hustle me again. I am so glad that I called them. The staff there were nothing but professional and courteous. Stella was accommodating and loved on my boy like he was her own dog. And Dr. Powell's compassion and willingness to help was nothing short of amazing. We didn't get the results we wanted, and that's just part of a dog getting old. But we have another checkup scheduled in a month, and I'm looking forward to the staff at Groveway spoling my Chomper again.

In February 2026, I brought my dog to Groveway Veterinary Hospital because she was repeatedly…read morebringing up saliva and was unable to eat. At the time, we described her symptoms as vomiting, although we later learned she was experiencing regurgitation. Three abdominal X-rays were taken and reviewed by an outside veterinary radiologist. The report found no radiographic evidence of an obstruction and recommended further evaluation if her symptoms did not improve. I was informed that no foreign body or other abnormalities had been identified, and we proceeded with supportive treatment for presumed gastroenteritis. Unfortunately, my dog continued regurgitating saliva despite receiving an anti-nausea injection. She was unable to eat or keep anything down. I called Groveway three separate times that same day to report her ongoing symptoms. Each time, a male front-desk employee dismissed my concerns, attributing her symptoms to eating too quickly. At no point was I informed that my concerns had been escalated to a veterinarian or advised to bring her back for further evaluation. The following day, I took my dog to an emergency veterinary hospital, where an esophageal obstruction was discovered. She required an emergency endoscopy to remove the obstruction, followed by treatment for esophagitis. When I followed up with Groveway, the treating veterinarian told me she had been unaware of my repeated calls and apologized. I appreciated her apology, but I was extremely concerned that my reports of persistent symptoms had apparently never reached her. I subsequently spoke with a director of the veterinary group to express my concerns and request reimbursement for the initial visit. Much of our conversation focused on defending the hospital's decision not to perform more extensive imaging, with the explanation that comprehensive imaging is not standard practice for an initial episode of vomiting. While I understand that not every case warrants extensive imaging, my primary concern was that my dog's symptoms continued despite treatment and my repeated requests for guidance were not escalated appropriately. The director acknowledged my feedback regarding communication, but I was left dissatisfied with how this aspect of the incident was addressed. I recognize that veterinary medicine involves diagnostic uncertainty, and I do not expect every condition to be identified immediately. However, I do expect repeated reports of persistent symptoms to be taken seriously, particularly when the initial radiology report specifically recommends further evaluation if symptoms do not improve. Thankfully, my dog recovered, but this experience severely damaged my trust in Groveway. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and reviews its procedures for communicating urgent concerns to veterinary staff. No pet owner should have to repeatedly seek help for an animal whose condition is not improving, only to discover afterward that the treating veterinarian was unaware of those concerns.

After the unexpected news at the ER I spent the entire night panicking and calling around 20 different in-home services with no sleep, terrified I wouldn't be able to give him the peaceful goodbye he deserved at home. Although Allied was closed for the weekend, Yuto still returned my emergency call a few hours later. He went above and beyond by providing a referral for an in-home vet visit that allowed me to secure an appointment for the exact same day. Allied Pet Crematory was the #1 place I had set my heart on from the very beginning and they truly lived up to that. Yuto made every step of the process seamless, handled everything with the utmost dignity, and even sacrificed his own office space to allow me time with my Son. The turnaround time was remarkably fast, taking only one day before Shadow was safely back home with me. Going through such a tragic loss is so unbearable for me, it's only been 6 days but the wound is still fresh. The extraordinary level of kindness, empathy, and professionalism I received from Yuto gave me a sense of peace when I needed it most. Thank you Yuto for treating Shadow with such love and respect, and for taking care of both of us. There are really no words and I appreciate everything you did for me to make everything perfect.

I previously thought this was only an ER and did not know this existed. If your pet has a special condition, like Cushing's or Addison's, I highly recommend that you see Dr.Wang, in addition to your regular vet. My dog was diagnosed with Cushing's and nearly died from being overdosed on medication from our previous vet, who was not a specialist. Although our vet spoke as if he was knowledgeable and performed regular testing, we discovered he did not know how to treat this condition. Because of the overdose, my dog now has Addison's, but Dr. Wang brought my dog back from the brink of death, and her condition is now managed with a simple monthly shot from this office. When we first brought her in, we had no idea why she had gotten so ill. Dr. Wang reviewed her medical history in detail and was correct in her diagnosis, but ran some tests to confirm. The cost for a consultation was very reasonable. Along the way additional costs were reasonable and much less than expected. Dr. Wang was cost-conscious, which we appreciated because we had already spent so much when our dog became unexpectedly ill. Only necessary tests were performed, and we were able to purchase medications online to save costs and have shots administered by a vet tech to save exam fees. In addition, appointments are convenient, wait times have always been minimal and parking is easy and plentiful. Dr. Wang is extremely knowledgeable, communicative and personable. She is also very responsive via email. I have nothing but great things to say about her and this office and am so thankful she saved our dog's life. If your dog has a special medical condition I highly recommend that you see a specialist here, in addition to your regular vet. If we had known about this specialist when our dog was first diagnosed, it would have saved our dog months of being ill as well as saving us thousands of dollars.
