I discussed the cost of a fence and availability and was provided an invoice from Bronco Fence. I paid the invoiced amounts for parts and labor in advance of inspection, as I was out of town. (Without extreme details here, I will state that I supplied them with all the documentation of their invoice and proof of payment.) Upon Inspection when I returned, the vinyl fence was very poorly installed and unstable. The employee I worked with was no longer with the company. I reached out to have Bronco fence correct the problem and for over a month and a 1/2 of weekly, bi-weekly calls, I have been put off . No thanks those parts are powder coated that that would not have worked, and would have immediately looked terrible. Now a few months later the fence is already falling apart. A few of the parts were never installed correctly and both the installer and company refuse to answer the phone or respond to messages left on their phones. I have given them a couple weeks and tried calling with leaving messages multiple times. Go with someone who can produce customer service after the fact. Now I need to learn how to redo/repair fences on my own or hire someone else to come out and fix them.
