I discussed the cost of a fence and availability and was provided an invoice from Bronco Fence. I paid the invoiced amounts for parts and labor in advance of inspection, as I was out of town. (Without extreme details here, I will state that I supplied them with all the documentation of their invoice and proof of payment.) Upon Inspection when I returned, the vinyl fence was very poorly installed and unstable. The employee I worked with was no longer with the company. I reached out to have Bronco fence correct the problem and for over a month and a 1/2 of weekly, bi-weekly calls, I have been put off . The owner told the staff he wanted to see my fence but has been too busy to even put me on his schedule or talk to me. They say they will call me back with a date on his schedule and they don't call me back.

I never heard from him, waited another week and still nothing so I called back the shop. While calling 4 times and getting sent straight to voicemail all four times , I decided to call on my husbands phone. Jamie once again answers on the very first ring, I asked her if they were still available to get me my quote or if they didn't want to work on our fence anymore. Once I gave my name to her , her whole attitude switched and now it's been 4 weeks and never heard from them.
