**Beware** These…read moreguys scam you out of money. First off....if they actually do show up to your home the job is done poorly. Second...if you end up getting their services...just be aware they'll probably charge your card and then not even show up for the week. This has happened multiple weeks and we are fed up. We have been trying to cancel our service with them and we literally can't get a single person on the phone to talk to so we can cancel. In this day and age of supply and demand there is no room for misleading or lying to clients in my opinion. I've used Nye's twice now and have been very happy with both experiences…read more When we purchased our home there were some out-of-control fruit trees in the yard we wanted removed. They gave me a fair estimate and even pointed out that I would be better off cutting them down myself to save money and they would grind the stumps. I followed their advice and was very happy with the grinding. There was very little trace of the trees when they were completed. This year we needed a large conifer removed from the front of our house. It was in a precarious position and they were quick to respond and remove the tree for me. The 3 man crew worked quickly and cleaned up everything before leaving. Nice, professional gentlemen running the truck and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Nye's.

I called this company 1-2 weeks ago to start services. My neighbor has done nothing but rave about…read morethem so I was so excited. When I spoke with Mary to sign up services, she told me someone would not be out to our property for 4 weeks because we had just had our yard treated from our other company and didn't want the lawn to have too much herbicide. Great. 1 week later I receive a call from them saying they would be out to treat my yard. I was a bit shocked because of my prior conversation. So I immediately called them back and to tell them. I didn't leave a VM because my kids were at each others throats so I just thought "I'll call them back again". And motherhood got the best of me, I spaced. The next morning the lawn guy shows up to my house which by the way was not the friendliest but no big deal, didn't think much of it. I told him that my other company had just come out to spray and the lady I spoke with told me it would be a few weeks. This man then goes and tells his company that I told him that I had another company that I was going with and didn't want their services, when I NEVER SAID THAT.... Then they called me and canceled services because I "made their guy drive to Syracuse to spray and declined it" I have a voice mail from Terry saying "we are in the area spraying and we will be by tomorrow" Jackie was a real gem on the phone with her attitude asking me why I let their lawn company drive all the way to Syracuse to spray. Completing contradicting Terry's voice mail the day prior. I have NEVER experienced customer service this terrible it was the most shocking thing. Please do not hire this company unless you want to work with ladies that contradict themselves, and are condescending on the phone.
