Let me start by saying blue coast is my FAVORITE place to eat. I always go to the one in mount Juliet but we recently moved to Franklin so I figured I would try this one out. When I walked in, there was probably 4 people in from of me, there were two guys working behind the line, one cashier and I think a manager walking around. The guy behind the line says "it's gonna be a minute" I said okay thanks! And waited. The other gentleman waked up and asked what I wanted. I told him a quesadilla. He put spicy chicken on it like I asked, but ONLY IN THE MIDDLE. Who wants to eat a quesadilla with just cheese on the two end slices???? So I asked for a little more chicken... He picks up one piece and lays it down on the end. I was frustrated. As I was waiting for my quesadilla to be done, the first gentleman that barley acknowledged I was there was making a to go order (I over heard the cashier say they make lunch for one business a week or something like that and it was a ton of people so it put them behind) and as he was making this to go- he was putting the taco together like it was slop. Barley any meat, a small dab of salsa on one end and guac that was enough for one bite. He just didn't care. He wanted to get it done. I was so frustrated.. I rarely write reviews. One of my favorite places to eat. Great food in a fun and very casual atmosphere. This is a local restaurant, and they're growing because they're good. The food is a great value too. They make your food as you go through the line. Just watch them closely, as they make a zillion burittos so you need to take charge of what goes in it every step of the way lest they make a mistake. I agree with all of the other negative reviews. They are very skimpy on portions and we have never seen the same employee twice. I understand why with older man yelling at everyone. They have horrendous customer service that I wouldnt offer to anyone. Definitely not a place we will ever eat again. We always wondered why its always empty when I went in. Now I know why.
