I needed to board my dog back in September and had heard about Creekside. I decided to call and no…read moreone answered. I tried calling for a week probably over 20 times. I sent multiple emails and even Facebook messages. Still no one had reached out to me. I finally decided to comment on their daily posts on Facebook saying that I had been trying to reach out and then finally someone had called me back. The women said that they were understaffed due to sickness that week and that's why they didn't answer the phones. I decided to send her there for 4 nights because we were out of town and when I picked her up she seemed fine. I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. I tried to give another chance but this is just bad bad business.

This is our second time doing a weekend overnight and they never fed him, gave us all his food back. We watch the staff rip my dogs collar off his neck to get him for pick and we heard him talking about our dog not listening. I was hoping to pick him up Sunday before 5 and they told me they would call me back. I left a text and voicemail and I got nothing back. They seemed extremely understaff and poorly staffed. We will never be back and I'm on here to warn other dog parents about this place.

My dog has been a customer here for food and vet care since he was a puppy, so I trusted them to…read moregroom him for the first time. While the groom itself looked fine, my dog was cut near his private area and this was not disclosed to me. My dog is very reactive -- there is no way this injury went unnoticed. The groomers requested I bring him in so the vet can take a look at th grooming injury and for me to be eligible for a refund. He was prescribed both a topical and oral antibiotic that he needs to be on for 2 weeks. This was presented as them "making it right," even though the visit was necessary solely due to their mistake. When I requested my refund, I was initially offered only $20 on a $140 grooming bill. After insisting, they agreed to a full refund -- and then immediately removed me as a client, meaning I now must also find a new vet as well. There was no empathy, accountability, or concern shown for my dog's wellbeing. Since the incident, my dog has been uncomfortable, wearing a cone, refusing to use the bathroom, and barely eating. I've had to rearrange my schedule and miss work to care for him. Mistakes happen. But how a business responds to them matters -- and this response was unacceptable.

DO NOT USE REBER RANCH GROOMER! Made an appointment two months ago, just moved to the area. They…read morecalled me three times, to verify the six upcoming appointments I had made, for monthly maintenance and a deep grooming spa day. Each time they were confused by what I asked to have done, saying that it was booked incorrectly, by the previous employee, obviously not knowing what each employee was doing. My husband took our German Shepherd girl in, they spent 10 minutes on her, didn't do half of the items that I asked to be done, charged 55 bucks, and refused a full refund. Instead, they created their own package, slapped a price on it, and did what they wanted to do. Not what the customer asked & paid for. We made an appointment, got an email, got a text message, and they made him wait as a walk-in, instead I'm giving him the appointment he had made. I called to speak to the assistant manager, she was dismissive, argumentative and rude. Our dog was traumatized. Her stomach was shaved bald, yet they didn't bother to rake out her fur, only spending 15 minutes for a list of grooming items needing to be done. She had a wonderful groomer, before we moved, and has never behaved this way. She was scared when she came out of that room. Reber Ranch is not what it used to be. They are unprofessional, disorganized, argumentative, and dismissive. With the behavior of my dog, I am considering calling the authorities, for this facility.

My dogs are not super social, but that wasn't an issue here. They were given structured walks and play time with each other. They slept for 2 days when they got home! I just picked up our eight-year-old labrador "Dozer"from Cascade Kennels after his second visit…read moresince finding them this year. We were recommended to Cascade Kennels by a community Facebook page after our dog had TPLO surgery on both knees a few months apart, and could no longer go to our previous boarding facility that is more of a free roaming style. Cascade Kennels is situated on a beautiful property with woods surrounding it, and each time I've been there, the facility has been exceptionally clean, and the staff has been helpful and friendly. I love that you can request reservations online as well as set up your dog's visit with any extras you might want to add on. Dozer was still within his 12 week postop recovery the first time he visited, and despite this, they were still able to accommodate him, as well as provide his medications as prescribed. Now that he has fully recovered, we opted to sign him up for a nature walk and some individual snuggle time. When I picked him up just now, he did not want to get into the car. It took a lot of convincing and coaxing with a treat to get him to leave. He was in an exceptionally happy mood, which makes me feel like he had a really great time. The receptionist let me know at checkout that they cleaned his ears and some goopy eyes a few times. I noticed that they did not charge me for this, for which I was very appreciative. Pricing is very transparent on their website, but please note that boarding rates do go up by a couple bucks in August. They are still on par with what you can expect to pay anywhere else, and you will add on additional services/snacks to their base rate if you so choose. We are so happy to have found our new boarding place. We appreciate the care and kindness showed towards our sometimes excitable dog. Dozer is looking forward to his next stay in July.

I've been a dog wanter for YEARS-but only recently did we find ourselves in a position to actually get a dog, so of course, here we are with our quarantine pup. Turns out that the stress of a global pandemic coupled with the arrival of a new fur baby is a recipe for disaster. I was at my wits end, honestly believing that we made a mistake getting a puppy and that I was ruining her everyday. My family was stressed and sad and on edge. Then we found Sunny and JackPack training. It was a whole new ballgame from day one. Not only did she help us with training in person, we also felt comfortable reaching out to her for help between sessions, and she got us through many puppy meltdowns with her advice. Right away she realized I needed to work on my confidence and reassured us that we were doing a good job and making progress. Sunny turned my anxious and stressed out puppy into a happy and loving teen dog! Everything from leash walking, to crate and potty training, to manners when greeting strangers-Sunny can help you. She's reliable, enthusiastic, encouraging, and worth every penny. If you have a puppy or even a grown dog-she can help you train them into your dream dog.
