I watched as my plate was assembled and then sat on the counter while a single Eggs Benedict was assembled and then a Mama's Muffin sandwich was assembled. I told my table mates my Benedict has been sitting there for several minutes and it's going to be cold. Sure enough it was delivered with cold hollandaise and Luke warm egg. So I ate a cold eggs Benedict. I ate all the first one (then remembered to take the picture) and then ate most of the second one. Timing for cooking needs to be addressed to ensure customers receive hot food. Maybe a plate warmer would help or just serve one at a time as the plates come up.
