They really know how to dry clean your clothes with class and finesse. My family also uses this establishment for their dry cleaning needs, and they have been just as happy and satisfied as myself. My clothes feel smooth and comfortable once they have been dry cleaned here. Their turnaround times are quite reasonable, and their hours are fairly flexible to cater to those busy city workers as well as to those care free locals who have all the time in the world to pick up and drop off their dry cleaning. (I wish…read moreI've never went there) Tara ( the manager) measured my dress for tailoring just a bit above my knees. All I needed is to cut the length . Few days later my dress came back (I took at least 2 days to cut!) I put my dress on and.. oh my god I was in tears I could see my bottom! instead of just cutting a bit of what we measured they turned one of my best dresses into a shirt that barely covers my bottom!! At first Tara agreed to refund the cost (silly me that I trusted her) she never called me back! I went there 1,5 weeks later as I was busy with work and uni and gave her enough time , didn't want to be rude. Then she told me that Im getting a gift voucher on their services(wth?) When I asked her why didn't she try to contact me she said :"Ieft a phone message.. ?" Really? Never got any missed calls or ,messages from that rude lady! Im in process of contacting ACCC atm.
