Finally, a local self-service laundrette that is open on Sundays! Till 7pm. I don't know about you but my general stance towards doing my laundry is: 'When I get around to it'. Which I thought I should do two weeks later, with a sky-high pile of dirty washing I could no longer ignore. It only set me back $30 (to wash and dry) and I could leave to attend to other errands, knowing my clothes were in good hands. It is stocked with at least 10 washing machines and six driers, and is the only laundrette I know in the area which is open seven days a week. Grab a coffee from any of the countless cafes nearby and take a sit on the bench outside, or take advantage of the magazines provided to keep you occupied. Friendly helpful service that's open till 7pm everyday. My own machine has been busted and this laundromat has been wonderful. I get my washing for a family of 5 (6 loads) done in 40 minutes because there are so many machines. Great coffee and cafés nearby too. read more

Well, it's been 2 weeks since I was in his laundry and I wanted to leave everything in the past. I'm afraid not. He must have seen my review as I was in his laundry this morning. When I was finished and folding back at my place, I found 3 unmatching socks and a missing face washer. I am pretty careful with my socks and when they're dirty,leave them as a pair to hang on the side of the clothes basket to air until I put the next pair there. I haven't lost a single sock in more than 20 years, let alone 3 at the same time. So during the coming days, I'm likely to find other stuff of mine missing. I dropped a sock when unloading the drier and only noticed when I looked back to see if I left anything behind. When I put it in the basket, as it was only a small load, I tucked everything into the basket. Then put it in my car and drove home. I have backtracked,they're not in the car and nowhere to be seen. Those articles went into that laundry and never came out. I can't recommend that business. read more
