At 5:45pm on Wednesday - I went to pick it up and told the dress was not ready and to come back the next day. Friday morning I went to pick the dress up. It now has significant staining on the back. Similar to the kind of stains you would see if you placed an iron on fabric for too long. A crusty, burnt stain. We were told "we were unable to get this stain out and we want to keep the dress another day to try again". So basically - they ruined my dress and then lied about it, acting like it was a pre-existing stain (it 100% was not there when I submitted the dress to them). I will never use them again.

"Yes, it'll be ready by 4" Get a call that my clothes are ready; go to pick them up and they aren't. Had to take the car to find off street parking for 20 minutes. Go to pick my clothes up - comes to $94. "Wow, this must be top notch service", I think. Then I see...everything has been dumped into 2 plastic bags. Not folded or organised, just dumped into plastic bags. The counter lady, of course, doesn't have full mastery of English, so trying to ask her questions is akin to talking to a wall. I go home, to find that most things are now wrinkled, because everything has just been dumped in a couple of bags. To further add insult to injury, I get a call on Tuesday saying they forgot to give me all my clothes. So I've now got to arrange time out of my work day to somehow organise to get there to pick up the remainder, also carelessly thrown in a plastic bag. @Lawrence Dry Cleaners say they don't do same day service on Sunday - then why did I get told that they could do it? It's about setting expectations. And for the exorbitant cost, I expected much higher quality of service and at least to not have my clothes wrinkled. I've attached pictures to show. Often the smells, heat and steam required me to dry clean it more than you would the average suit. Over time the suit began to get shinny. When I brought it to the attention of the dry cleaners they said they would make note of it. Yet still it came back with no change. They tried to write it off as it was in the areas of the suit that experience the most rubbing but in fact it was the same throughout the suit. After i repeated brought it to their attention they said they would send it off to the lab and it would take about a week. Three weeks later and me being the one having to repeated follow up with them instead of them calling me, they informed me that it was nothing they would do about it. This company is too large to care for individual garments and individual people. They are a massive company too big to care about the little guy. They lose one customer, they have hundreds more. They simply do not care.

This bag wash has saved my life more times than I can count, including before I got a washing machine at the house I've lived at for 6 years, and recently when our dryer broke down for a couple of weeks when it was really rainy. You drop your bag at the end of the queue on the floor, the completely lovely and always happy husband and wife team that run the laundry give you a wave and tell you when you can pick it up. Somehow they always remember who's bags is which and at $7 for a washed dried and folded load I'm pretty sure this is the cheapest bag wash in Sydney!
