We often get dry cleaning and they always do an excellent job. You can also go there to do your washing and wait or have them do it. I have also asked a few times for some sewing work which is pretty cheap. The best part of this place is the owner Jack, who is seriously the nicest guy. His wife Jane is lovely too. I doubt they ever sleep, because they are always there and always busy and I think they only close on Christmas - they need a break!! Always polite, ready for a good chat and always remember you, even when you forget the ticket ;)

At 5:45pm on Wednesday - I went to pick it up and told the dress was not ready and to come back the next day. Friday morning I went to pick the dress up. It now has significant staining on the back. Similar to the kind of stains you would see if you placed an iron on fabric for too long. A crusty, burnt stain. We were told "we were unable to get this stain out and we want to keep the dress another day to try again". So basically - they ruined my dress and then lied about it, acting like it was a pre-existing stain (it 100% was not there when I submitted the dress to them). I will never use them again.
