November 26th (the night before Thanksgiving) at 7:38pm. She was prepping and suddenly there was a water leak in the kitchen coming from the cabinets and it had even run down into the basement from the ceiling above that area. After contacting multiple plumbers and getting exactly what you'd expect on Thanksgiving Eve, no answer or we'll get to you Friday/Saturday. Michael responded just before 10pm and by 11:03pm he was at our house assessing the situation, and got right to work. He managed to have the perfect balance of work and getting things done and making great conversation. Even when I would walk away to not hover, he just liked having a good convo while working. When I started to fade from the time, he never slowed down, he stayed alert, positive, & friendly the entire time. He worked until just before 4am to repair the problem and get us back on course to host Thanksgiving. After he cleaned up the area, took out trash, removed debris and never wavered due to the hour. It's worth noting that he ran a vacuum hose while cutting, removing insulation, & any other time he would generate dust particles so that it wouldn't get all over. He actually left the area cleaner than when he started with the meticulous way he cleaned. 10/10 kinda guy & service!

Fabio Dasilva showed up and was very informative and was able to pinpoint the issue. He also was realistic and told us that the heater was way past its life expectancy and we should think about a replacement. Did not force a sale or anything but did give us a quote for a replacement. The next day we decided to call back and just replace the system to avoid going through this again. They came in the next day, replaced the system and took care of all necessary permits. He was very straightforward with his busy timeline - hot summer with AC's failing all over the place - which I really appreciated as nothing is worse than sitting around wondering when a repairman is going to show up. Once scheduled, he and his crew were on time. They did a thorough check and found a few things that could be the issue (possible cracked pan, outlet pipe was clogged, etc) and addressed them all. Being honest, I peeked at them working on my camera and simply saw Manny instructing the newer guys and explaining everything he was doing. 100% trust in this company. They were efficient, reasonably priced and professional beyond professional. Just a side note: The other guy who wrote a one-star review just doesn't have a sense of humor. Joe was right not to give a quote over the phone without seeing things first because every job and every house is different. My experience was Joe and Manny doing a full assessment, giving me a straight-forward answer and clearly laying out a price that I agreed upon in person. And now my house is cool and comfy.
