I understand rules and regulations but none of that is EVER a reason to be nasty to a customer. We have patronized this company for years. We have referred family and friends there. We have sent numerous churches and events to that place and he told us (over a matter of $22) that we were insignificant to him. His attitude was the absolute worst. I will tell everyone who listens not to patronize this place and I am seriously considering picketing them and causing an uproar...over $22. As an owner he should be ashamed. Edit: The owners threatened me with a lawsuit if I didn't take the picture down, so at my family's behest I am complying. However, strong arming customers and not even offering an apology for the way the treated my wife and publicly belittled and embarrassed her tells you what type of person he is. Absolutely awful.

Heather is not only the owner but also the yard decorator, specializing in creating beautiful yard greetings for any occasion, from "Welcome Home" and "Congratulations, Graduate" to "Merry Christmas" and beyond.. You tell her what you want and she creates it and you do have say.  My son and his wife were still at the hospital after welcoming their first baby, my grandson. I wanted to surprise them with a warm welcome home, so I ordered several yard signs and banners from Amazon, including "Welcome Home Griffin Lee," "It's a Boy," and stork signs with his birth announcement. Unfortunately, Amazon delayed all the items, and they wouldn't arrive until after the family was already home from the hospital. The surprise seemed ruined, and I was left with nothing to welcome the baby home. I reached out to other yard sign companies but received no responses. Desperate, I called Heather at Party Yards, and she was simply the best. Heather was incredibly accommodating and didn't hesitate to help. She agreed to assist me immediately and promised to stop by and decorate the yard that very day. Heather came through for us in a way I couldn't believe. She not only responded without any prior notice but also decorated the yard so beautifully. Her work made the occasion very special for my grandson and his parents, who were deeply touched by the gesture. What truly amazed me was when Heather learned that a delay at the hospital prevented the family from coming home that night, she offered to let us keep the decorations for as long as we needed, free of charge. Who does that? Heather's generosity and dedication to bringing joy to others were evident in her actions and her voice. Heather is genuine, sweet, and incredibly talented at what she does. I strongly recommend using Party Yards for any special event. She sincerely cares about her customers and will go above and beyond to make your day special. Thank you, Heather, for making our day so memorable and beautiful. Party Yards truly deserves the business. Heather is phenomenal at what she does, and I am forever grateful for her help and kindness.

I've…read morebeen wanting to go but it never panned out, and I find this location to be more convenient than the center city one. I finally went with my niece, and we had the best creative, affordable day out. PARKING Free and easy, even on a Saturday. We walked in without a reservation and still got our own table. The parking lot was busy, but there is restaurants and an HMart in the plaza. Deko Deko wasn't that busy compared to what the parking made it seem to be. The parking lot is ehh, the location could be better considering it's North Philly, but it's better than center city so I'm not complaining. PRICE Everything is priced by item, not time or size, which makes budgeting simple. My jewelry box was $30 and it came with two cream colors of my choice and unlimited charms (yes, really). Full pricing is listed online, which I really appreciated. EXPERIENCE The space is bright, clean, and beginner-friendly. Ye, one of the staff, was incredibly helpful! He walked us through everything and even gave tips to keep it manageable for someone who is completely new to this. I went with a pink jewelry box and ended up spending about 3 hours on it. I loved every minute of my time. My niece made two phone cases in the same time frame. They supply everything you need and wrap up your piece for a 5-day cure time before you can use it. There's also a small shop, photo booth, and adorable photo wall you'll want to take pics at. TIPS - No reservation needed unless you're with a large group - Great for all ages! Super kid and beginner-friendly - You can bring your own item to decorate but pricing may vary - Photo ops, snacks nearby (H Mart), and an easy walk-in experience OVERALL This is such a gem if you're looking for affordable indoor fun in Philly. Whether you're trying to beat the heat and still want something to do, or go in the winter time. This is a great time! It's relaxing, well-organized, and genuinely joyful. I'm already planning to go back. There was one thing that threw me off. A woman, who wasn't a staff member, wandered in, walked around the crafting tables, and started asking questions directly to me and my niece. It felt a bit invasive, especially because she clearly wasn't part of the experience. I wish staff had stepped in to set clearer boundaries for walk-ins as I'd never just assume I can wander around a studio. For me it's a respect thing.
