I was getting many text messages from a door dash driver that had to wait over 30 minutes for my order because the store was backed up. I was told at the store I would receive two balloon weights and the balloons would be tied in a way that could easily come apart. I received one weight and the balloons were all knotted together. After about 20 seconds he said oh yeah those are your balloons behind the counter, they are all yours, just come and get them, oh and you WILL have to make several trips, I do not know how you will take them all at once, hope you have a big enough car. Another employee said maybe we should give it to him, I do not think that he should come behind the counter, alright fine, as he hands me 1 set at a time. I bring them to my car 1 set at a time and manage to get them all in. After I came back the first time, there was a lady standing at the door with my next batch. I am surprised with the 60+ balloons that I purchased, they did not think to offer to help bring it to my car... Oh well, I know that we will not be coming back to this location ever again. I asked repeatedly for directions on how to set up tent and was told it's a pop-up tent repeatedly without any more instruction than that. When I asked if I would be liable for breaking something that I was being asked to put up without directions, I received no response and she walked away and took a phone call. Was never provided a contract upon booking despite asking for one (which I have proof of asking for) was told I can just find it on their website which I still cannot find any proof of contract stating they cannot set up tent in the rain. I Could've understood if it was down pouring outside, but it was literally drizzling the entire day hence the need for a tent. If setting a tent up in rain is such a risk for your employees why would you request your untrained customer to do so without directions yet have claims on website you "go the extra mile to make customers happy". Was told they expected me to cancel my party because it was lightly raining. I don't know what type of business would rent tents to people who plan in advanced for adverse weather and expect them to cancel their party because of the rain. Just overall poor customer service. I've read multiple reviews that claim they go above and beyond which is why I decided to book through this company however it's unfortunate that was not my experience whatsoever. I paid over $400 to set up a tent myself with no directions, set up tables and chairs, myself breakdown tables and chairs the following day. Upon pick up the owner asked me why I didn't break the tent down myself, despite our previous conversation that her employees would put the tent up and take the tent down.
