If I could give this company negative stars I would, and it's not because of its product or it's workers but it is because of the nasty and condescending attitude of the owner. I understand rules and regulations but none of that is EVER a reason to be nasty to a customer. We have patronized this company for years. We have referred family and friends there. We have sent numerous churches and events to that place and he told us (over a matter of $22) that we were insignificant to him. His attitude was the absolute worst. I will tell everyone who listens not to patronize this place and I am seriously considering picketing them and causing an uproar...over $22. As an owner he should be ashamed. Edit: The owners threatened me with a lawsuit if I didn't take the picture down, so at my family's behest I am complying. However, strong arming customers and not even offering an apology for the way the treated my wife and publicly belittled and embarrassed her tells you what type of person he is. Called on a Saturday to inquire for pricing the representative agreed to pull the order for me. I informed them that I live nearby but wasn't aware that they closed early on Saturday. I arrived after closing because I went closer to my event time. Keep on mind I'm a repeat customer. I even called. Went in today for another rental and I'm banned or I have to pay an up charge of 20%. I've always had good experiences but there are no mistakes slowed at this place so be careful. I stumbled upon this place while doing a google search. My hubby and I were hosting our first Christmas in our new marital home and we planned on inviting about about 15-20 guests. We needed about 15 chairs on fairly short notice. I sent an email requesting some details (about 3 days before the Christmas holiday) and I promptly received a phone call. I spoke the customer service rep and they answered all of my questions completely and they were very pleasant. I gave my credit card details over the phone and within mins I received an email confirmation. Picking up and dropping off were a breeze. I backed into the garage area and the young men helped me in loading the car (despite signs saying customers are responsible for loading and unloading the rental materials. I wish I had cash because during both visits because I would have tipped them. Rental periods over the weekends are usually 3 days but bc of the holiday I had the chairs for 4 days which was nice. The price point is VERY reasonable and I will definitely use them again to rent chairs and tables for my next event. read more

I used Karley's for a conference and party I was hosting and needed tablecloths and some high top tables. Their site was easy to understand and talking to them on the phone sealed the deal. They were great to work with!!! When many party rentals close at 5 or earlier they were open until 8 on a TUESDAY!!! How cool is that!!! I would use them again. My only concern was when I got a call about a week or so later asking if I had returned the linens. I had and I explained who I saw etc, he was very apologetic and told me to disregard the call. Used them for a last minute Christmas Eve event for 50 people. I called up and told them what tables I had and they knew exactly what I needed. It was awesome. Karley's was the vendor our venue used for their table linens. We decided to contact them for chair covers. Closer to our wedding date I decided that I was some upgraded linens and they helped me find the perfect option. Our room looked amazing with the linens provided by Karley's. Called last minute to rent 30 chairs. They gave me no problems and picking up/dropping off the chairs was super easy. There are cheaper options in the city but some companies with hefty hidden delivery fees and other companies who do not even answer their phones. I'll be back here!! read more

I will be getting married in September and as a bride, you tend to encounter a lot of stress when it comes to wedding planning. For me it was different I was having a pretty good time till it came to looking for linens. I found Karley's Linens n thought it was a great company that I could work with. They were prompt with answering me the initial time I contacted them n gave me an estimate for my rental. I requested a sample to see their product before I sealed the deal and they said they would gladly send one.... but it never arrived. I called them just to check out the status but I was told it was not sent out but they would get right to it (which was okay with me, i was still willing to work with them). Guess what it still never came! After 2 more attempts and different individuals telling me they will call me back but never did... I gave up!!! They made me way to nervous n I definitely don't want to stress and wonder whether they would forget to send the rentals for our wedding smh! read more
