You really get what you pay for. Pay $115 for the value of $150, you can't beat the price. $55 is her charge and $85 was the balayage(which she said was painted highlights). Celeste was completely honest when it came to what I wanted which I loved but towards the end I felt rushed. And as the days past, I found some mistakes which I need to retouch very soon. I also found it odd that she didn't show me the back of my head of how the cut and color looked like, I would've changed the cut and ask why there wasn't more color in the back... And if you think about it .. I paid "$150" for a cut of short hair and "painted highlights... Sorry but I wouldn't go back.

I dont think words can express how wonderful both Celeste and Mandie are. I called them in a panic as a new time customer because my hair was a complete mess. After spending so much at salons and then having those salons "fix it", my hair was awful. Celeste made me feel at ease from the second she answered the phone. She took so much time listening, looking at pictures, and working on me to get the perfect color. I didn't even think I needed a cut- ha! Thank god I did because Mandie transformed my look. A move to Long Island found me in desperate need of a new hair salon. Having tried many different salons in the area and never being overly impressed, I thought I'd take a chance. So happy I did. Celeste was great. She listened to what I was looking for, offered advice and her best judgement and my hair came out EXACTLY how I wanted it. How often does that happen?! She added soft angles, long layers, a beautiful hazelnutty glaze and some front highlights around the face. Absolutely love it and it is so perfect for fall. She even offered a cup of coffee "made with love." Trustworthy skills and a pleasant experience. Might I add that the price was completely reasonable. Highly recommend. read more

Celeste was incredible. She had no problem fixing my botched blonde balayage and made it look perfect afterwards. She was a joy to talk to and made my time there fly by! She highlighted, toned, and uses PM shines on my hair to make it look so great. :) Will definitely be back. read more

I found Blowdye Salon on yelp after reading the reviews. I have been going to Celeste for a little over a year now. Celeste gives a great hair consultation before she does anything to your hair. She asks the right questions and customizes the color and cut based on your feedback. I knew I found a great place when I get constant compliments on my hair color and cut. I highly recommend Celeste for all of our hair needs. read more

Today was my first visit to Blowdye Salon and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. I was nervous going into a new hairdresser but Celeste and Kim made me feel welcome and reassured me I was in good hands. Kim was my stylist and she did an AMAZING job with my hair. Usually when you go to get a "trim" they take of 2-3 inches, Kim kept the length and styled it beautifully. She was honest and gave great advice. Not one day has passed and I have already gotten compliments on the cut. All in all, VERY HAPPY and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a pleasurable experience. read more

Artistic Director, Celeste Rosado, has been in the business of hair design for over 10 years. Celeste had the honor of training with John Paul Mitchell Systems' Global Artistic Directors, Robert Cromeans & Stephanie Kocielski, as well as Artistic Color Directors Linda Yodice & Scott Cole. Celeste's extensive training with Paul Mitchell Education put her at the forefront of progressive hair design, and earned her the title of Master in Cutting & Color. This was because I was familiar with the person and it was cost effective. Recently, that person has moved away and I had to find another way to do my hair. I heard through a friend I trusted about this salon and made an appointment. The person on the phone who I made the appointment with was warm and welcoming. I was excited for this new experience. I should also note that on the day I was getting my hair done I had a family function to attend. On this day, my aunt called me in a panic because her hair appointment was suddenly cancelled by her salon. I told her where I was going and when she called in to see if she can get a blow out, Be Inspired immediately fit her in. Needless to say, she was pleased with her experience as well. I went in for a single process and a trim. On the day of my appointment I walked in to a cute boutique salon and was greeted right away. I didn't have to wait long until one of the salon assistants escorted me to a chair. I was asked if I wanted a beverage. It was wonderful! My stylist was Gina. She made a point to ask me questions about what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. After the whole process I felt like a whole new person. Not knowing what this would cost, I asked around and Be Inspired charged me what I was told to expect. I would say their prices are fair. Regardless, I loved being pampered and can't wait to go back!

Proof that great things can be found on Amazon Local, Groupon and other such deal services. I would probably have never learned about this great stylist and her salon if I hadn't purchased an Ombre' color and blow out deal on Amazon. The salon is tucked on the side of a building and can easily be missed off the street (there's a tattoo parlor on the street front). The salon is cozy and quite. I had in addition to my coloring, a haircut. I can't say just how happy I am with the whole experience and the quality of the work! The coloring looks natural and my hair feels great. The cut totally suits me. The price for the hairct was also extremely reasonable. I would paid $50+ more for the same quality cut and style in the City. This is a "not to be missed" place - worth putting your blinkers on and driving slowly to find the shop. You won't be disappointed. read more

I got a balayage and long bob with Mandie and it came out better than I hoped. My cut and color looks amazing and is exactly what I asked for, which is the first time I've been able to say that about any salon in a while. The store is small, clean and trendy, with an intimate vibe you don't usually experience in hair salons. Mandie and Celeste are both so sweet and fun to chat with while getting your hair done. She listened to what I wanted and offered some great suggestions based on my lifestyle, shape of face and skin tone. Celeste gave me a Brazilian Blowout treatment that looked terrific and has lasted over 9 weeks so far. My hair was so shiny and smooth and took one third the time to dry and style! It is amazing.
