My nail technician, Jack, never introduced himself or made me feel welcome. Throughout my appointment, he seemed more interested in his phone and interacting with his coworkers . The experience felt impersonal from the start. Afterward, I went for my pedicure. The pedicure technician Steven asked which pedicure service I wanted, and got started. I was never offered a complimentary beverage or informed that drinks were included with the service. What stood out to me the most was watching another customer sitting next to me receive a completely different experience. Her pedicure technician warmly greeted her, handed her the menu book, and offered her complimentary beverages. I was never offered a drink or told refreshments were available. I've been to a few salons in New York City (Manhattan) that charged even more than this one in Long Island (Bayshore), but the customer service was exceptional. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed and appreciated, and you understand exactly why you're paying those prices. If you're going to charge luxury prices here on Long Island, the service should reflect that. Luxury pricing should come with a luxury experience! I was told it would take up until 10 months before I would see the complete results. I was told I that I was given the strongest dosage and that it was a onetime procedure and that within the 10 months I would see the results. Well, it's been over 10 months and Nothing! I went back for the 10 month follow up 3/14/2026 as explained by the clinical director. After the tech took the pics, she asked me if I was happy, I said NO nothing's changed. I want my money back. That Monday the clinical director called me Jemima. She told me she saw a little difference, and she asked me what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back she said no but, I could come in and try a different procedure. I told her NO for 2 reasons 1) you told me it was a onetime procedure 2) that I was given the strongest dosage 3) I would still have to wait another 10 months to be disappointed, and besides every time I called which was too many times to count because I wasn't seeing any results. Everyone kept reassuring me to wait and give it 10 months it. I will be happy you'll see. 12 months later I still have the eye bags. It clearly DID NOT WORK FOR ME. Just in case you say I give a good surgery that was done the day of the service not the 10 months after which is what I had to wait to see the full results which is nothing.
