I drive 30 minutes to see her with no problem because it's worth it. I don't trust anyone else to do my eyebrows. They come out perfect every time. The single star is only because Yelp is forcing me to give something. Went there last night after several successful trips in the past. This was my end result - HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE??!! Specifically request that she not touch the shape, that I was trying to grow them in a bit more and only wanted the strays cleaned up. THIS is what she gave me. Not even close to being even or what I asked for. It's going to take MONTHS to grow this back in after working so hard on new growth over the past year. She ARGUED with me that this was Good and how they should look. She has to be blind. STAY FAR AWAY. read more

I've generally been happy with the service I've gotten here. I usually don't like anything fancy done, so I'm typically quick and easy in getting my eyebrows done. Some of the staff here looks like they can't really be bothered with customers, which can be offputting. I've gone in and there were two people working, one was busy with another customer, and the other didn't even look up from their phone until the other person told them to look. And even then, they didn't say anything to me, just pointed to the chair. They didn't offer any aloe or anything after, as I've typically become accustomed to at The Threading Station. In addition, I've had an instance where they made my eyebrows a little uneven - not really noticeable to anyone else, but it bugged me for a bit. I've also had some good experiences here with some more friendly staff who made my eyebrows look great and really took care of me. So it can be a bit hit or miss depending on when you go, but more often than not, I've been happy with my experience here. read more

Went ti the threading station near the Macy's location- unfortunately I was not satisfied w my brows; not sure why I gave a good tip when I really shouldn't of- either wAy, I wasn't asked what I wanted, and my brows were done very thin AND uneven - I may have been spoiled w the person I used to go too but she was too far out- I will have to continue from scratch and continue with my search for a brow threading queen! read more

Had the worst interaction with an associate here. Blew me off and got very frustrated at me for asking if they were open. This isn't the first time it's happened. It was such a terrible interaction, I actually asked her if she was okay and that I was sorry for inconveniencing her. read more

I've been going to see Noody for about over a year now in the kiosk. I refuse to be threaded by anyone else. She threads me eyebrows beautifully everytime. Unfortunately because of COVID I was forced to learn to thread my own during quarantine but once the mall opened again I went to see noody and I'm grateful she still works there . She fixed my eyebrows and I see her every other week regularly. She is so nice and knows what she's doing. read more

I am so disappointed to write this review, it is not the first time I get my eyebrows done here. However I walked in today and the usual lady that does my eyebrows took me & i specifically asked her to only do the lower part of my eyebrows however, right before she finished she insisted to clean up the top part and I told her no its ok and she processed to still go ahead and clean to top part leaving my left eyebrows extremely thin. And she didn't even do anything on the right one. I was so upset as she completely ruined my left eyebrow and now I have to wait for it to grow back out. I will go back there again. read more

The actual station next to Macy's was terrible, I walked in here with thick, symmetrical eyebrows, and walked out with thin straight eyebrows, with two different starting points, along with that they cut the end off, completely demolishing me eyebrows, not only did she do this 2 days before my prom, she also did all of this while chatting on the phone, and told me my eyebrows were fine and that they would eventually grow back, after trying to explain to her why I was so upset, she hid in the back room, and completely ignored my comments. I've previously come and had no problem, but this lady really upset me and didn't care. read more
