I had $50 off from a first time client coupon the owner gives out. It took a long 90 minutes to apply the extensions, which is way long than it should be. There was one moment she pulled on my lashes (i don't know how considering this is an application) and i screamed and flinched. The overall application was extremely rough and i'm a regular of getting my lashes done for about six years now. She was moving very quickly and roughly, i was tense the entire time. That's the first reason i'm taking off a star, the second is because she put her cell directly next to my head on the pillow for the 90 minutes. Her phone was going off the entire time, constantly vibrating! It was so disrespectful i couldn't believe she didn't care!
