I ordered on line as it was after hours. I was concerned with the arrangements being last minute that there might be a hold up as other places required several days. I submitted my order online and got up early to call to ensure everything was set. Imagine my surprise they were right on it. Knew exactly what I ordered, when, and where the delivery was set for. I was very pleased! The spray was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you for doing such a great job.

After introducing myself to Judy she was kind enough to bring me to see the coolers in back. There were three of them! And inside each one the flowers were more beautiful than in the previous cooler. I handpicked each of the flowers that I wanted and Judy wrapped them up for me while we shared some light conversation. The customer service was incredible. She was delightful! And If they'll continue to let me pick out a customized bouquet I'll continue to return here. The flowers really were incredibly beautiful. I'm a huge fan. I ended up with a custom picked bouquet that was gorgeous and and well worth the money spent.

We had a snow removal company for the two prior winters who disappeared without notice. We found another company, who quoted us and got us on the schedule, then showed up the day of a storm, said he felt like our driveway was a "tough job" and left without even doing it a single time. Anyway, step in Greg - who came to our rescue. He came out at after 10 PM that night and plowed us out - and then finished out the winter for us. So incredibly nice, always consistent, fair prices, and always did a great job. I'd highly recommend you use this company - as we've learned, few great people out there that you can depend on and Greg is one of them!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! Not sure if the woman I DEALT with is an employee or the owner, if she's…read morean employee she should be FIRED if she's the owner she should be ashamed . Today is July 17, 2026. At 1pm I asked the concierge at the Hotel I'm staying where I could buy flowers for an event that I'm going to tonight. He sent me to Ashley's , said it was a 5 minute walk . When I got to the florist I said hello to the woman, she didn't say hello back or even look up. I said how are you doing today? She said the word "Busy" and still didn't look up. By that time I needed to use a restroom and said that I would be back to buy flowers and asked where the restroom was. She said Not in this building. I went next door to the hotel connected to her build and they were gracious and let me use the restroom. I went back to the florist and said I'm back and I need to get flowers for an event tonight. She started yelling at me "Thanks for the heads up! You people think that I can come up with arrangements in an instant!" I said "No problem, I'll go somewhere else, you just lost my money." I'm glad there was someone else standing there to witness this interaction. I can't believe she treats customers like this. Went back to my Hotel and told the concierge to never recommend Ashley's Florist and told him what happened . He was very apologetic and said noted, I'll never use that florist again either. She has zero idea who I am, I'm telling EVERYONE that I do business with never to use her. She just lost out. Had she been nice she could have gotten a lot of business from me.
