First order I placed, when tracking the order it show delivered. The recipient had not received the order. I had a contact customer service and they said there was some type of delay and somebody would get back with me. Nobody ever got back with me. And my delivery did not arrive until the next day. "Hand delivered" two days late in a damaged box leaned outside her office building with equally damaged product that did not at all match the arrangement it was supposed to resemble. Multiple attempts to obtain a refund after the original delivery date had passed, being told by their reps I would receive an update when they had one. Used an option on their website to request a call back and received ghost calls from a number of different local hospitals, only to answer and find it was a Blossom representative. My father-in-law could not fly out for the funeral of my mother, so he ordered 2 large flower arrangements through Blossom Flower Delivery on March 11th to be delivered the day before the funeral (March 21st) so that they could be part of her memorial. Not only did the $300 order not arrive on the 21st, only one of the smaller arrangements showed up in a box, wilted, on the 24th of March. The first email complaint my father in law sent was completely ignored. Then I called and explained everything, and they only offered to waive ONE of the shipping charges! $12.99!! I called again to get a different representative. They asked for a photo of the wilted flowers along with a written explanation, to be sent to a board of supervisors who will look at the case and then help the customer directly. I would not recommend Blossom Flower Delivery service at all! I order a Standing spray and called them and was told they are located in Beaumont, CA for my sister's funeral on May 2,2026. They never arrived and they said they were delivered. I have tried numerous times to call their phone even after they left a voice mail and when you call it back they have the phone linked to various local hospitals in my area.
