Having a mechanic you can trust is worth its weight in gold (an especially as a female) and the guys here have proven themselves to me. I was going through mechanic recommendations and none were working out for to - to the point that I would still drive an hour down to southern Indiana to have my old mechanic service and check my car. I finally had some issues that didn't make sense for me to travel that far, and when I took it to Makeshift, they were upfront with what they saw and their recommendations. Not only did they explain their limitations for that particular issue, they did their best to help me get it where it needed to go. Having an older car, my car has had a few more issues since then and today. They have fixed me up nicely and quickly and always had the patience to explain everything to me which has filled out my auto knowledge. They guys here have always been very upfront with me and I would say every time, my car is returned better, so I'll be staying with them for a while!

They are incredibly customer focused, and super nice from the front office to the back office. The quality of the work is incredible too! I am very glad that a friend in the auto repair business referred me to Langford's. While I don't hope to be back at a body shop anytime soon, I am super happy with the experience there. I give them my highest recommendation. --scott

I'm a repeat customer and have the choice of many repair shops in the area, but I chose to bring it to Noblesville because it was convenient for me and they seemed to do a good job. However, I recently experienced a noise in my front end, which I thought was suspension related, and I took it to them, but the noise was intermittent and they said they could not replicate the noise but then they told me that I needed $4600 in motor mount replacement, so I paid that went on the road and lo and behold, the noise came back, so I took it back to them. Then I took it for a test drive with one of their technicians, and he heard the noise that it was making. and said it was no big deal, that they would figure it out. So then I left my car with them for two weeks, only for them to tell me well, we can't really figure out what's wrong with your car, but it does need $2600 for the compressor for your air shocks. then they then they said, even with this, it's still may not fix the original problem which you brought the car in for. Unbelievable, so now I have to take it to someone else to figure out what a wrong. What a debacle.
