    BEWARE: Badcock Furniture Cleveland, TN Location. After the first set we bought broke and was…read morerecalled from this location, Walter was very friendly in helping us find the perfect couch for us. I explained that we have animals in our house and that a leather couch and loveseat would not be good for us. He then explained the 3 year extended warranty and that it covers cat scratches. I could not believe what I just heard so I had to ask again. He said that it covers scratches, accidental tears, spills, etc. So we decided to pay the extra for the 3 year warranty because we fell in love with a leather set. After not even a year, I called Protectant (3 year warranty company) and the lady informed me that they do not cover cat scratches. I was very upset because my young furry children did indeed scratch one of the pieces. I called the store, tech came out. I also asked for my refund of the 3 year warranty and told the owner of my problems I experienced. He told me that I can only get a prorated amount because I have had access to the warranty since March 2018. I called corporate and they said that they could not do anything since he was an owner. Another corporate tech came out last Friday but was suppose to come out that Thursday. No one called to tell us that he had a family emergency Thursday and could not be there. So today I called and talked with LeBron (owner) again and he informs me that since the couch has cat scratches on it that it voids the warranty and that it is now up to Quality Assurance to get a Exchange approved. I then also asked about the 3 year warranty refund status. He said that there was a glitch in the system but fixed it last Tuesday. I NEVER GOT A CALL! He then asked if I would like him to process my refund today. At this point, I'm furious. I said yes since you were suppose to process it 2 weeks ago. I told him that I will never use this company again. His response was rude and that he had a note that I would never use the company again and that he also has it noted that I wouldn't even walk past the door. (I never said that I would never walk past the door) but after today, YOU BET I WIL NOT! Bottom line I was lied to from the beginning and this is how they treat their customers.

I bought a refrigerator a little over a month ago and it has not worked from day one it freezes everything I continuously put the temperature up and up and up but that did not fix it. The repair company said they would be out last Thursday before 2 o'clock as I had to leave for a flight by 3 PM. They called at 2 o'clock said they were on their way which was obviously too late. I gave him all the model information and everything he needed so he could "order parts" he came Monday was supposed to be back on Wednesday to repair and of course we heard nothing Thursday heard nothing I finally called them and it seems that they aren't available to come out for another week so not only do they sell garbage but they continuously lie to you as they own both companies! Pretty bad when none of your own employee tells the customer that you sell garbage. So instead of doing what's right and getting someone out immediately they've only offered to refund my money which obviously doesn't help the situation I'm in at all!! So my biggest mistake was not to look at the reviews prior to going there. Check out the reviews you'll see exactly what I'm talking about they have an average of one star everywhere and this would be why!!! Oh and the owner is on vacation and too busy to take care of some thing like this. Beware!!
