First Choice called me within 30 minutes, learned about the problem and then said they would call back to tell me if they had a crew available. They did do that. When the First Choice scheduler called back a few minutes later I had to tell her that no longer needed the service. The owner called back a few minutes to confirm and then he followed up with an email to make sure the other company did the job correctly. Based on this customer service I would definitely recommend First Choice.

Upon having our master shower remediated for mold through our home insurance policy, we were on the hunt for a company that could reconstruct the shower. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. I would also love to give a shout out to all of the guys who helped load and unload HUGE porcelain slabs -- that is no easy feat! I think it is also important to thank both the CEO, Michael and the President, Jeanette for checking in throughout the project to ensure our satisfaction. I have never been treated with so much care as a customer. The whole team deserves recognition for the role they played in getting this job to the finish line. The only thing left to do is install the shower door. We can't wait to use and love this shower for years to come!

After an extremely frustrating experience with another restoration company that did nothing for two weeks other than blow fans, take moisture reads while driving up my insurance claim, working with Exact Restoration was truly a night and day difference and literally a breath of fresh air! From the moment they became involved, they were ten steps ahead. Communication was clear, consistent and proactive. I was kept informed about what they were finding, what needed to happen next, and why. My questions were answered even before asking them. There were no excuses, no unnecessary delays, and no leaving me wondering what was happening with my own home! This is how restoration should be done. Trevor, in particular, has been phenomenal. He's an absolute wealth of information but just as importantly, he brings tremendous integrity, professionalism and humanity to his work. Dealing with significant water intrusion in your home is incredibly stressful, and having someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward and genuinely kind makes an enormous difference. Trevor made a very difficult situation so much easier to navigate. What also impressed me was the measured approach Exact Restoration took. They weren't looking to make the situation bigger and more expensive than it needed to be. They assessed what was actually necessary, explained their reasoning, and moved the work forward efficiently and professionally. After what I had experienced previously, that level of integrity meant everything to me. The difference between the two experiences could not have been more dramatic. What had previously become prolonged and unnecessarily complicated finally started moving once Exact Restoration stepped in. I went from constantly having to chase answers to working with a team that was already thinking several steps ahead. Their professionalism, communication, responsiveness and integrity have far exceeded my expectations. In an industry where homeowners are often calling because something has already gone terribly wrong, the people who show up afterward matter enormously. Exact Restoration understands that. I would highly, highly recommend Trevor and the Exact Restoration team to anyone dealing with water damage/restoration. They have been nothing short of exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful I was finally connected with them. I guarantee you'll be in very capable hands!!

As an executive with a large property management company in Arizona, I've worked with a tremendous…read morenumber of contractors and service providers over the years. I can tell you from experience that very few earn the level of trust and confidence that ASAP Restoration & Construction has earned from me and our organization. I've personally worked with ASAP for nearly 20 years across a wide range of commercial and residential properties. Their team has handled everything from emergency water losses and mitigation to mold remediation, asbestos abatement, environmental testing, reconstruction, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. When you manage a large property portfolio, a restoration contractor isn't simply a vendor. You need a company that understands urgency, protects the asset, communicates with management, treats tenants and occupants professionally, and follows through when the situation becomes complicated. ASAP has consistently proven that they can handle those responsibilities. What separates them from many companies in this industry is integrity. They don't use high-pressure sales tactics, make unnecessary promises, or put short-term profit ahead of the customer. They take the time to explain the situation, provide practical solutions, and do the work properly. Their professionalism, licensing, insurance, trained workforce, and years of experience are particularly important when you're responsible for someone else's property and reputation. We've trusted ASAP with significant projects where the cost of making the wrong decision could have been substantial. I've also had the opportunity to work directly with the owner. He leads the company from the front, stays involved, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work and the customer experience. That kind of leadership matters, especially in an industry where accountability can sometimes be difficult to find. After nearly two decades of working with ASAP, I have no hesitation recommending them to property owners, property managers, businesses, and homeowners throughout Arizona. If you're dealing with a major loss or construction project, choose your contractor carefully. Look beyond the sales pitch and ask about experience, licensing, insurance, staffing, reputation, and how they handle difficult situations. Based on my experience, ASAP Restoration & Construction checks those boxes. They have earned our trust over many years, and in property management, trust is one of the most valuable things a contractor can earn. Congratulations to the entire ASAP team on the continued growth of the Phoenix operation. You've earned this five-star review.

Hello Everyone: I am leaving this review regarding owners Martin and Dagan of Blacktail…read more I had a very positive experience with all aspects of the restoration work performed: drywall, painting, and floor sealer. All of my phone calls were returned timely. Emails were replied to within 24 hours. Text messages were replied to in a matter of hours. Appointment days and times were set and commitments were maintained. If anyone was running a little late, I always received notification. Further, if one of their employees/subs was going to perform a service, I was always made aware of his/her name so I knew to allow them into the property for the work to be performed. I never felt rushed: All my questions were answered and I was always asked if I had any more questions they could assist me with. The individuals sent out to perform services on behalf of Blacktail were all very polite and professional with many years of experience. Martin and/or Dagan frequented the project often to ensure oversight of work being performed and in some instances, did the work themselves. Individuals performing services cleaned up after themselves and ensured my satisfaction. Highly recommend! Lynn

Here are the cliff notes: -Referred to salt water restoration by a family friend that has referred a lot of business their way. -Get insurance approval and the work begins. Bathroom is torn apart, toilet removed and drywall is put in. -All monies from the insurance company are released to salt river restoration. I literally handed the person in charge of the job a $5k check. -Company keeps telling me they cannot complete the project because they have not been paid. -I keep sending proof of the payments including proof from the insurance company and my bank statements over and over. (Only monies not paid out are $500 that were to be paid by the insurance company once the work was complete) -Keep being told over and over they cannot find the money. -Talk to representative at the company (this is after two years) and threaten legal action. -Money is all of a sudden found. -Tell them I expect all of my monies returned as I will not be doing business with them as they blatantly lied to me about not having my money and have made myself and my wife feel like liars when they literally were sitting on our money. -Find out the person in charge of the job was fired because of this situation. Did he pocket the money and this is why it wasn't found? -Have continued outreach to the representative that keeps telling me he is taking the issue up to his executive team with no answers. -Threaten legal action again along with letting them know I will be going to the BBB, the insurance company and getting my lawyer involved. And here we are today...Two years without a finished bathroom with an exposed toilet opening. I have been beyond patient with this company and have asked over and over for them to do the right thing and give me back my money as they are holding it hostage.
