But, yesterday, they delivered a plant to my house in 100 degree heat & left it sitting on the front porch on the hot brick. They did ring the doorbell, because I saw it on my Ring App. Tried to tell her on the ring doorbell audio we were still out of town for the funeral, but they'd already left. Got home late that afternoon & plant was starting to wilt. Called the shop and ask what the protocol was to leave plants in hot weather outside for delivery, without a courtesy call. The floral designer answered & was very rude to me & hung up on me 2 times. I asked her to have the owner call me, & as of today at noon, I still have not received a call.
