I was so glad to discover Norma at Blooming Bouquet. I had been doing business with Norma and Jim of Navlet's when they were on Montgomery before Jim sold the business to Fremont Flowers. My experiences with Norma, Jim and the rest of the staff I had been dealing with at Navlet's since 1977 had been excellent. Once Fremont Flowers bought Navlet's, Norma was gone. Fremont Flowers service and product was sub-par by the standard that Navlet's had set with me. Unfortunately there's no rating less than one star, otherwise I would go for it. I found this place on Instagram, messaged them on IG and got no response. Then googled them and found them on Yelp. Called a few times and no response. They are closed on both Saturday and Sunday like if they are post office. Then finally I was able to get a hold on someone on a Wednesday at 3pm. I told them it's our wedding and we are looking for bouquet and boutonnière. The lady on the phone who obviously was either on bad mood or unhappy to answer the phone, said that they are by appointment only. I said that's totally fine, how should I make an appointment. She said you need to go on our website and fill up a form, then we'll get back to you. It's been 2 weeks since we have done their online firm to just make an appointment and to date no one ever got back to us. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, horrible business. Don't waste your time with this shop. Why would you chase down someone and beg to take your money and your business when there are other shops out there who would gladly take it without hesitation. read more

Do not order from Teleflora of from these people. I order a $70 bouquet of roses and paid $25 extra for delivery on Valentines day. My wife left work at 6pm and came home with nothing. I contacted this business and they had no idea where the driver was. She said she could "try" and locate him and see if he could deliver it to my home. For $25 I expect better. When asked why it wasn't delivered all she could say was "I don't know" she was rude and said to deal with Teleflora because she couldn't do anything. What a crappy business. STAY AWAY! Now I have to deal with Teleflora to get my $95 back and deal with an unhappy wife. I also received an email confirmation from Teleflora at 5:15pm. Your order was hand-delivered on 02/14/2012. Simon is not only a genius when it comes to decorating and flowers, his prices are IMPOSSIBLE to beat. I cannot gush about Simon enough. I'm serious. He created the most beautiful rose centerpieces in the world for my wedding (and roses are overdone, but these were a breath of fresh air). Everything he touches turns into pure beauty. My bouquet was the nicest wedding bouquet I've EVER seen, my bridemaids were surprised with how full their bouquets were. Oh, it was pure heaven. Even better is the service.
