She was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and very straightforward (and reasonable) with her pricing - we didn't have any surprise add on costs! On our wedding day she was punctual and did a great job setting everything up at the venue herself. We had bud vases on the tables, a few arrangements throughout the ceremony and reception space, and she supplemented the arch at the vineyard with extra greenery and flowers (picture below!). My bouquet was beautiful and just what I envisioned after showing her inspiration pictures as well as our color scheme. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and quality of work. There was a general photo of the plant I was purchasing, so I was hoping for the best. I was pleasantly surprised. The sansevieria is a beauty! Much larger and fuller than I anticipated given the price. I asked for specific wrapping and embellishment and the plant turned out perfectly. I initially received a text confirming my order was received. A nice bonus from a small-town, local florist. The text message indicated I would be notified when my plant was delivered. Instead, I heard from the recipient that she'd received the plant. I was waiting on a text that never came, wondering if my order had been delivered. If I had to critique anything, it would be that the text messaging system could be more accurate. A couple of months ago I received a unique Starfish sansevieria from E.'s as a sympathy gift. They contacted the funeral home to get the right measurements, put together a beautiful arrangement, delivered it to his grave and sent me a photo. The staff helps without pushing a certain product and wait patiently while I shop and decide which plant suits my needs best. The little shop sells the cutest garden decorations, too. However, their hanging plants remain my favorite flora to buy. The worst part about shopping is when I have to stop looking when I run out of time and JUST DECIDE!
