I've never stepped foot in E.'s, but I have received and sent plants from them. The quality and value are top notch. If you have a special request, like I did, I'm 99.9% sure she could deliver (no pun intended). I sent a sympathy plant to some friends last week via E.'s online ordering system. There was a general photo of the plant I was purchasing, so I was hoping for the best. I was pleasantly surprised. The sansevieria is a beauty! Much larger and fuller than I anticipated given the price. I asked for specific wrapping and embellishment and the plant turned out perfectly. I initially received a text confirming my order was received. A nice bonus from a small-town, local florist. The text message indicated I would be notified when my plant was delivered. Instead, I heard from the recipient that she'd received the plant. I was waiting on a text that never came, wondering if my order had been delivered. If I had to critique anything, it would be that the text messaging system could be more accurate. A couple of months ago I received a unique Starfish sansevieria from E.'s as a sympathy gift. The plant is going strong and I've already been able to propagate from it a couple of times. See my photo. If you're a houseplant lover, you know what I mean. I was so happy with a recent order to an Iowa City relative. I live in California and was able to place an order on a Sunday on their website via an email for an "English Basket" that was filled with several plants, ivy, an orchid, and a flowering African Violet. It arrived mid day the very next day and was beautiful! E's Floral confirmed with me via phone and she was so kind and willing to provide what I wanted! E is simply the BEST. I'm not sure I'll have enough words to even begin to describe how wonderful she is, both as an individual and as a florist. E was one of the first vendors I picked for my wedding. From our first meeting, I felt as though she understood me and what I wanted. I don't know too much about flowers, but she was quick to help and see my vision. On the day before the wedding, I stopped by to see my bouquet. I was absolutely moved to tears - she had perfectly captured what I didn't even know I wanted. I had many compliments on the flower girl's crown, my bouquet, and my bridesmaids bouquets. Not only was she easy to work with, wonderful at what she does, and the sweetest lady I've ever met, her prices are simply unbelievable. I needed to send my teenage nephew a "cheer me up" after surgery and couldn't find what I was looking for on their website. i called and left a vm, they called back right away. Described what they had in stock and even texted me some pics. They called my family to be sure they were home to accept delivery and everything was delivered same day, balloons and a bear!
