The staff helps without pushing a certain product and wait patiently while I shop and decide which plant suits my needs best. The little shop sells the cutest garden decorations, too. However, their hanging plants remain my favorite flora to buy. The worst part about shopping is when I have to stop looking when I run out of time and JUST DECIDE! Oh, I almost forgot about the deliveries. I love the smiles! It's got to be one of the best jobs in the world: handing people flowers.

She was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and very straightforward (and reasonable) with her pricing - we didn't have any surprise add on costs! On our wedding day she was punctual and did a great job setting everything up at the venue herself. We had bud vases on the tables, a few arrangements throughout the ceremony and reception space, and she supplemented the arch at the vineyard with extra greenery and flowers (picture below!). My bouquet was beautiful and just what I envisioned after showing her inspiration pictures as well as our color scheme. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and quality of work. I tried to return the basket with my receipt on day 28 from purchase and was told I could not return it because they have a 7 day return policy. No where on my receipt did it say that, nor did the sales person tell me that when I bought it. Poor customer service. It wasn't as if they couldn't put it back on top of the cooler and sell it easily. I'll never shop there again.
