There isn't a shortage of nail salons. What makes a salon stand out is their service, consistency,…read moreand reasonable pricing. I've been coming to Elite Nails for over 5 years for these exact reasons. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking in a lot. The salon is small and a little outdated. It could use a paint job and new flooring, but at least it's not unsanitary. There's around 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. If you want a luxurious ambiance, this isn't the place for you. Their prices are very fair and lower compared to other salons in the area. I always get a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($23). There's plenty of nail colors and brands to choose from. Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great. My polish lasts for a looooooong time and doesn't chip or lift. They even have a rewards system. Gain points for every $ spent and you get free services. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Before I drove over I called to make sure that they had any availability and they did on a Saturday afternoon. Grace had such meticulous attention to detail. She continuously checked in on me to make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. It was quiet and peaceful such a huge difference from the nail salons that I have gone to previously. Also, during my service I was offered coffee, tea or water. At the end of my service, she used a collagen hand glove and a hot towel. The price was extremely reasonable, and I will definitely be returning.

In the past gel X has given me contact dermatitis so I made them stop in the middle of my service and they took it off. (refer to the pic, the did not do the nail set.) I wish they would've been honest from the beginning and not money hungry enough to lie to me about the service they're doing on MY nails. never going back and would not recommend. They did apologize a lot though for what it's worth

They said it's 2 dollars per nail for a design, so I said okay, just do 4 nails then.... They said that's 10 dollars more. The math doesn't make sense and they told me I get a discount for doing all ten. So if four nails is 10 dollars... Each nail design is 2.50$ each- which is a bit of a rip off in my opinion. I would up spending 50$ to get gel with a design on each nail. Overall though, they were busy but seated me quickly, Gina did a nice job on my nails and I would return to her again. My friends are all very impressed by the shattered glass design and I'm happy with it. I didn't like how they handled the pricing though.

My nail beds are sensitive and I stick with someone who can make my nails look good and not hurt me. I get compliments on my manicures all the time. The current owner/manager Michelle is friendly. She's always hustling, not in a bad way. (Why don't you get a massage?, You should try our new facialist!, etc). They do offer A LOT of services and have private rooms for waxing, facials, eyelashes, etc. What I love about the place is it is relatively quiet and relaxing. People are asked to keep cell phone use short, children do not come in and get noisy, there is no TV. Kids are great but grown-ups are allowed some peace and quiet in some places. It has the most spa-like atmosphere of the nail salons in the area.
