Bloomers Florist gives you personal touch customer service together with top quality floral products and designs. The owner, Doreen, and her daughter, Chelsea, delight in pleasing customers with their artistry. I have done business with Bloomers almost exclusively for 20+ years. Recently I asked Doreen to design something small and elegant with some specific symbolism in the way the flowers were woven together. The result was stunning! (. . . and it worked!) read more

Wow! Just wow! If you are in the. North Houston/Tomball area, I would highly recommend Bloomers. I'm a special event/wedding florist, but I don't keep a supply to handle everyday arrangements. I wanted to send my mother, who lives in Tomball, a beautiful arrangement for her birthday and my floral supplier recommended Bloomers. They were kind and so talented (as you can see from the pictures), and they delivered in just a few hours! Amazing!! Thank you so much, Doreen, for making the perfect arrangement for my mother's 75th birthday. She CRIED happy tears. I will be sure to send business your way in the future. read more

I ordered flowers from 1-800 Flowers and they were delivered from this flower shop. Let's begin with the good; the flowers were very fresh and fragrant. Lasted several days looking good. The not-so-good; took a long time to deliver and left them outside without ringing the doorbell, good thing we were watching for them and the biggest gripe is the size of the arrangement, really thought we were going to get something a bit bigger than what we received based on the description and expectations. read more

Did a wonderful job with the Homecoming mum ! It was better than expected!! I gave a basic idea for the mum and they ran with it and made it special! Thank you again! read more

The floral/plant arrangement that I ordered was not what was sent to the funeral home. The arrangement was much smaller than what was ordered and I was charged 69.99 plus tax/shipping. Very disappointing and embarrassing for me when the family received such a sad arrangement that was not the size it should have been and lacked the plants / flowers as the large one should have had. I took a picture of the actual arrangement delivered and a picture of what it was supposed to look like. read more

Called Monday morning for a Christmas bouquet for my mom. I discussed my price range, general idea of colors and flowers. Then an hour before my sister was to pick up the bouquet, I called back and ask about a thank you bouquet for my sis who referred me to Bloomers as I live in Kansas. My sister was overjoyed with her lovely bouquet and mom's carefully, crafted bouquet. She called me to describe the arrangements and will send pictures later. The description was exactly what I had mentioned to staff/owner. Fabulous owner and staff. Beautiful work. I'll order from Bloomers anytime I need flowers for friends and relatives in this area. read more

I'll be honest, I'm kind of new to buying flowers, but I knew exactly what I was looking for. Lilac, violet, and any other shades of purple is what I wanted, and that's exactly what was put together for me. I was shown around the shop and able to point out which flowers I wanted to use as well. I'm sure I'll be visiting again. read more

I placed an order for Mother's Day. I spoke with the owner when placing my order and described everything I wanted. I advised her that I did not want to exceed a certain amount for the out the door price. However, she took it upon herself to charge my credit card for nearly 10% more than what was agreed upon. Not only that, I paid extra for a card that was not delivered with the flowers. She had the gall to offer to just call the recipient and inform her what was on the card. I could have just called myself. If I wanted to do that I would not have ordered a card. In addition, she audaciously told me that I should be more understanding of the error because they process so many orders. She hung up on me when I asked how she would fix this situation. When a customer utilizes a service, he/she expects it to be perfect. If not, the right thing to do is to remedy the error. This was not done. Do not buy flowers from Bloomers! They are a terrible florist! read more
