I am european and have extremely coarse/ stubborn dark hair. Lilian educated me on the benefits of starting to wax with her! thank you so much!!! I had no idea since I have shaved for the entirety of my life which makes the hair grow back even coarser. Then you are gross and stubbly in less than a day or two...Ew!!! With your first visit to Brazilian Honey Waxing you'll see that the hair comes back finer and lighter than ever! No more ingrown hairs, the skin is so smooth and beautiful.....bye bye stubbly!! She super patient and listened to everything I said -- and 100% understood the PTSD I had suffered 5 years ago when my brows were absolutely butchered -- we talked about what I wanted to achieve, she listened to my hesitations about too much hair being removed, etc etc. I felt so seen and heard which is beyond important for me, especially when it comes to something like your eyebrows which not only helps shape you face but doesn't grow back quickly. She was beyond friendly, the front desk was all smiles as well. Of course I will be going back, this is my go-to place hands down :)

I learned you can use sugaring for any body hair, and I'm really looking forward to the easier regrowth. I will absolutely return! I had hot wax once and did not like it at all. So my most non toxic friend recommended Sugarhi to…read moreme because she has seen Sandy for sugaring for several years now. She says that her hair regrowth is so much slower and less and also finer since she has gotten sugared regularly. So I was curious, & tagged along with her to an appointment. Sandy's office was so pretty and calming, and she was so friendly! She explained to me how she makes the sugar she uses with just lemon, water & sugar, and showed me how it only sticks to the hair and not skin. I waited in her comfy waiting area for my friend to get sugared, & made my own appointment for a couple days later. When I came back for my appointment, Sandy was bubbly and made the whole time feel really fun. She has funny pics & sayings posted on her ceiling to look at when you're lying on her table haha! She gave me squeezy balls because it was my first time getting sugared, and she prepared me so I wouldn't be surprised. It was actually not as painful as I thought it would be! I also had a red light treatment - which I know is great for anti aging. My first appointment was over 2 years ago now. Just ike my friend experienced, I have noticed my regrowth has been slower and less, and the hair is finer since I have seen Sandy regularly. Parking is super easy in the lot in her building, or at one of the meters out front. It is really easy to schedule with Sandy & has she really gone out of her way to be available for me to come in. I appreciate the bottled water at the end of my visits too. Sandy is gentle, has such fun energy & is a wonderful esthetician! Highly recommend!
