I had made ribbon lei for all of his classmates, and wanted to get floral lei for him and his teacher. When I got in, their selection of lei was small, probably because everyone else beat me to it. Lol. What was left was a bit out of my price range for the occasion. So, I opted for their beautiful rainbow colored roses for his teacher! They were gorgeous and big! Next day, I decided to call back and this time around I got what seemed to be an older lady who answered very rudely and continued on with such a sassy attitude. Not sure what came over her. I was just double checking and making sure they had my order correct. Just sad to know how some people feel the need to act in such a way. Whoever she may be, I just hope she realizes that having that type of attitude is never good. You just never know who you may be messing with and respect and kindness goes a long way.

When he asked which was which price he was told the ones he bought would be in the $4 size. They charge by the inch for these. Flowers aren't marked as to what color they are nor sizes. When he asked if they would be alright in the car the saleswoman said they'd be okay but when they wrapped them she'd add a wet paper towel to the stems. He went to the register and asked for this to be done to be told NO they don't do that but he could buy a water tube for each flower he's buying for .25 cents each. My husband said no that's okay. Husband was buying a vase and the man said he could give him some water in the vase. So now my flowers are $5 each, unwrapped in a vase to be transported home. The one flower ended up split somehow? Edit *The man flattened the flower to measure it and suspect this is where it split. Some sales people just seem to not be interested in you unless you're making a big purchase. . I know this may feel a bit harsh for this ONE flower But I've had this experience with them before and just tired of the attitude some salespeople give off. We spoke to several flower companies and none seemed as detailed or responded back as quick as Christine did. We had never met in person but she is very efficient through email. She does get very busy so there were a few times where I had to follow up on a request made but it was not a big deal. She took care of all the boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen, father of the couple, ushers, and even made mini ones for our tiny ring beareres! For my side she made my bouquet (which I wanted to have our wedding colors in my bouquet of navy blue and gray) and my bridesmaids bouquets which were all white. She also made baby's breath flower crowns for my two flower girls who were different sizes and made the size accordingly. She did the lei for our moms and also for all 25 of our out of town guests. I had wanted more color in my bouquet but I can understand how hard that would be to find navy blue and gray flowers and incorporate them, especially being in Hawaii. But I could tell that she did the best she could. Because our reception was outdoors, we opted not to have any flower decorations. Instead, we wanted to decorate the church aisle. I had asked her for baby's breath posy bouquets on every other row and then ribbon bows on the alternating rows. I sent her a picture of something that I pictured in my head which was very simple. But the bows that she created were BEAUTIFUL. They were wide material and draped beautifully. We ended up using them to redecorate our sweetheart table with them at the reception! I'll try to add some photos for reference. Christine answered all of my questions and was very patient with me in updating our flower plan as I did notice some errors throughout while editing. The last time was Dec. 9 and I had to call on Dec. 11 from Florida to ask about my order and the Florist couldn`t find it.
