Great location in downtown Waxahachie with plenty of space for working or just catching up with friends. Several in-house syrup options with a nice balance of signature and seasonal lattes. There's tons of seating and the place is flooded with natural light. The only downside of my visit was the chocolate croissant. It was bit too flaky and dry but I think it may have been warmed up too long. read more

I was so amazed coming here. The staff were helpful and friendly; the iced Americano was on point (black with a little sugar). The building is a super cool old western style on the corner opposite the county courthouse (Ellis County). The views of the square and courthouse were AWESOME. I've been wanting to visit this place since it opened and finally got the opportunity on Christmas Eve. This place did not disappoint I'm a sucker for simple and sweet and that's what I got. Came in early to beat any kind of rush it was quiet and so very peaceful. The coffee complemented the sweet bread and it was good. That kind of good when your eyes kinda roll backwards and the memory is made. I hope more people feel this way about Bloom and pour and it stays here forever. I do NOT recommend this place for flowers at all!!! I live out of town, ordered flowers over the phone for my daughter-in-law who just had a baby. Told them I wanted something big, unique and w that wow factor. I saw the arrangement the other day and was totally blown away in disappointment. I was totally shocked - vase was super ugly & looked super cheap and the flowers were terrible! I paid $125 for the ugliest flower arrangement ever! I've called many florists and told them the same ... unique, big and the wow factor and have always been extremely happy but my gosh, this was not at all what I expected, what I asked for and what I paid for. I ended up spending $180 on the ugly flowers, 2 bakery items, 2 lattes and delivery. I would not recommend using this company for flowers at all! Very disappointing too as I had hoped for something extremely nice. read more

Literally have been there to get coffee every day since they have opened! Cortado is my fav. My friends have enjoyed the whole line up they have for fall, cookie butter, southern delight.
