There was a lady at the front desk who stepped away as soon as I walked in, a few artists and a few customers. Now mind you, I know they don't accept walk ins but I just wanted to make an appointment since I was nearby and had cash to make the deposit. No one spoke to me,like AT ALL. The girl at front desk that stepped away just continued to talk to other staff and never walked back over to speak to me. I waited around for a bit without so much as an acknowledgement, hello, etc just nothing as if I was invisible. Decided to look them up and I saw the artist that did my prior piece is no longer there. So although I absolutely loved my prior tattoo and the service, the people there now could use a lesson in customer service. I ended up leaving after being blatantly ignored.

I had been wanting to cover up an old tattoo for a while but wasn't sure where to go, so I reached…read moreout to King Cobra Tattoo by email. Shelby responded promptly to my inquiry, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy from the very beginning. I already had my heart set on a lotus flower because I loved the symbolism behind it, but I also let Shelby know that if he thought another design would work better as a cover-up, I was completely open to his professional opinion. He agreed the lotus would be a great choice, and we talked about incorporating color into the design. He was genuinely excited about the project, and he absolutely executed it beautifully. The appointment itself was relaxed, professional, and took about an hour. Shelby explained everything throughout the process, including the possibility that some of the original tattoo could faintly "ghost" through during healing and that, if it did, he'd happily touch it up at no charge. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he stands behind his work. On top of that, the atmosphere was great. He had an awesome playlist going and even introduced me to a band I'd never heard before--The Teskey Brothers (check them out!)--which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the final result. He took a tattoo that no longer represented who I am and transformed it into something beautiful and meaningful. The lotus symbolizes growth, resilience, and new beginnings, making it the perfect choice for this new chapter of my life. It's only Day 1, but I already love it. I'll be sure to update this review with a healed photo in a few weeks. If you're looking for an artist who is responsive, professional, listens to your ideas, and truly stands behind his work, I highly recommend Shelby at King Cobra Tattoo. Thank you again for creating a tattoo I'll be proud to wear for years to come!

Hear me, wanderers and warriors of the valley, for I bring tidings forged in glory and ink!…read more For many seasons I have ventured to the hallowed hall of Delta Art, where the mighty artisans Rich and Rob wield their tattoo machines like enchanted axes. Each time I enter their stronghold, I am greeted not as a mere mortal, but as a battle-tested Viking whose skin is a canvas worthy of legend. These two are no simple craftsmen--they are ink-smiths, masters of their craft, carving stories and sagas into my flesh with unmatched precision. Every mark they've etched upon me stands bolder and prouder than the work of any rival clan. Their skill does not waver, their hands do not falter, and their vision is sharper than a fresh-forged blade. If you seek tattoos in this realm, heed my warning: Do not wander into lesser camps. Do not entrust your hide to the unskilled. Choose Rich. Choose Rob. Choose Delta Art. For to go elsewhere would be folly--a rookie mistake unworthy of any true warrior. Five stars, lifted high like a shield after victory.
