The brightly colored layered cookies with chocolate frosting were very good (wish I remembered their name) - I ate them in the car before I pulled away. I will be back. The only thing not perfect is I had to park far away and the stairs are a little steep for a 78 year old with bad knees. But a lady held the door open for me to get down the stairs with my bags of goodies. Depending on how long you've been going there, everything I tried was as good as the original owners. The staff was very good to me too. I had to wait a few minutes for my tomato pie.

The call was not professional at all, she explained they were extremely busy with weddings They also explained that the inspiration pictures I sent were too detailed and weren't able to do them (not a problem) so I sent a not so detailed one asking if this was something they would be able to do, and then was left on read again. So I followed up asking if again this was something you'd be able to do (on a Monday) after knowing that they are closed on Mondays, I got a response right away, basically saying that I needed an answer right away. It's not that I needed an answer right away, being in a business you don't leave customers on read for weeks or days, being closed 5 days out of the week. Cindy's customer service and communication was horrible. There's people I know that have ordered 2-3 WEEKS before a party and they don't have an issue fitting them in. I have screenshots, and unfortunately I can't put the voicemail I got from Cindy Since I cannot reply back to Cindy's comment.... Due to the lack of communication, I feel like my point is being completely misunderstood. Never once did I state or imply that I'm more important than anyone else. What I'm getting at is that I see you responding to other people I know who order from you in a timely manner, who order 2 weeks before their party than mine that's 3 MONTHS AWAY so I was simply trying to get an answer. I never threatened you or demanded anything. I said I needed to know whether you would be able to do the cake or not so that, if you couldn't, I could find someone else to do it. As for messaging you on your personal phone, that has never been an issue in the past three years that I've been ordering cakes from you, so I don't understand why it's suddenly being made into one now. The service was quick as there were only one other customer as the time. Small place, but warm and sugary lol. I had it when we got back and it was very satisfying until I bit into something hard. We got detoured due to a Halloween parade and somehow came across this treasure out in the middle…read moreof nowhere. I recognized it from Instagram so we had to stop. It was decorated for Halloween and conpletely adorable. We got a variety of snacks to try - a chocolate shake, m&m cookie, peanut butter brownie, and a s'mores cookie. The brownie was a little dry but tasty, and the s'mores cookie was absolutely incredible. There is an indoor counter, but there is a takeout window as well. There are some picnic tables set at the opposite end of the parking lot if you choose to sit outside. Very cute. Definitely planning to go back for funnel cake and breakfast sandwiches.
