Rather than provide the service or offer a solution, she sat down, argued, and shifted all the blame onto me. When I asked if she would truly rather sit there for two hours doing nothing than honor a scheduled appointment, she confirmed--yes--and continued to deflect responsibility. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it's deeply disrespectful. I had used her service once before and had already sensed something was off. This experience confirmed it.
