She was very attentive to what color I wanted. She worked on my nails with so much care and detail especially cleaning out my cuticles and making sure they were pristine and neat. She was amazing. At the end she soaked my hands in paraffin wax with eucalyptus. This was an added treat for me but included in the cost of their amazing manicure. Once she started doing my nails I noticed that the shape she was giving my nails was something not of my preference so I told the lady in a respectful way that I wanted a different shape. She responded with a sudden outburst (raising her voice). Even the nail tech next to us looked at her. She continued to do my nails and at the end, I noticed she put the pink base in just one hand... Because of me not feeling comfortable telling the nail tech I told the manager. I tell her my concern in private, telling her just the fact that the nail tech might've forgotten to put the pink base on my other hand and her response was that she wasn't seen it and that both hands were the same... Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they were able to work me in within just 20 minutes! My nail technician, Angelibeth, did a beautiful job with my builder gel. She was professional, talented, and made sure my nails looked absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Mimosa Nail Salon to anyone visiting San Juan.
