Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We booked a trip to the Grand Canyon about 8 months ago for a trip this week they delivered the RV the night before and gave us a detailed overview of all the equipment. The RV itself was beautiful and Bliss paid attention to every detail to make the trip a luxury vacation. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and looking forward to the next trip!

Conrad and Derek are the absolute best hosts for renting an LTV. I flew out to Palm Springs specifically to rent the Serenity from them for my first RV trial run. The guys were patient and friendly and answered all of my questions - even those I texted at weird times! I loved that the sheets and comforter were super soft and comfy - good for the chilly nights on the coast. I felt super confident in driving the rig and setting up camp by the time my trip was over... I just wish my trip could have been longer! Guess I'll just have to come back again and try out the Free Spirit!

BlissRV made our trip unforgettable and absolutely wonderful! Derek and Conrad are so accommodating, informative, and helpful. It was our first trip in an RV and they made it memorable. The RV was classy, modern, and clean. We got so many compliments for a "cool rig". Their bath products were organic and kitchenware was top notch. My partner and I were super comfortable in the RV for our 6 day trip. I would definitely use their services/fleet again! Thank you again!

We just completed our second trip with Bliss RV in the last 6 months, and we can't say enough about what a great job Conrad and Derek do! We spent a week touring central California in the Wonder, and it was truly wonderful! The rig is impeccably clean and perfectly appointed. We loved all of the great lounging space and big windows for soaking in views of the wildlife (animals, not humans) in our campground at Pinnacles National Park. Bliss RV's Wonder was the perfect home while dry-camping in parks to RVing with full connections in Half Moon Bay. The Wonder was a champ driving Hwy 1 from Cambria to San Fran, but the biggest surprise? How roomy the shower was! Nothing is better than a hot shower after a full afternoon of hiking the hills . . . then relaxing in your camp chair around the fire with a glass of . . . well, whatever you buy, because other than the food and beverages, Derek and Conrad have you covered on everything else. It's great that we can just pack a bag, grab some groceries, and then head out on our adventure without any worries . . . and if something does come up, the guys are just a phone call away. They make this all so easy . . . it makes planning a vacation sheer bliss! Maybe we will buy a Leisure Van RV in the future, but until then, we'll be back for more adventures (and model research). Thank you Derek and Conrad!

A good example of this was when we broke the Induction Range top and not only did he immediately reassure us it was an easy fix, when we returned it he we were only charged for the part as he was able to easily replace it himself. The RV seems to be always booked however Rudy keeps it clean and in perfect condition. In addition before and during our trip he is always available and incredibly responsive. We were pleasantly surprised that everything advertised in his website was delivered. I'd like to be clear that this review is for Rudy, the company owner, as the RV speaks for itself in the website pictures. I cannot stress enough how hands on he is in making your trip the best it can be. We not only would recommend Trail MX, my wife and I are now planning another trip with them.

And the price was so right, we extended for a week! The place is easy to find, we hooked up, signed some papers & off we went. We rented the COZY CABIN and it lined up perfectly with our truck. Easy to tow. If u already know how to tow, it helps, but fairly easy to figure out. Best just driving forward! Rhonda put a lot of thought in what to have inside, she had cookware, dinnerware, utensils & all kinds of little things you might need. Extra lights, batteries & propane. You could seriously just show up with clothes & food and have pretty much everything. We used sleeping bags -unzipped & open, pillows & it was easier than any tent! We brought folding chairs & an extra cooler, making a campsite has never been simpler. The cabin was solar powered but had hookups for shore power ( we didn't even need it). Plenty of air with windows & a fan. Cabin lights were more than enough. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was efficient & had plenty of storage. The trailer was clean, in like new condition. We will be repeat clients for sure!!!

I traveled on my own so it was important for me to find something affordable, comfortable to drive and I would feel secure sleeping in. VanVenture checked off all those boxes and more! There check in was great, the staff wore their masks and kept at a comfortable distance while explaining to me where I could find everything that I would need. They also showed me how to use the heated mattress pad which came in handy during these cold winter nights. Driving the van along the curvy coastline was a breeze. The best part, I think, is that there is no cleaning fee if you bring it to the carwash and vacuumed before returning! Returning the van was also nice because the staff were so friendly and asked about my trip. I am excited for the warmer weather and I will be planning a trip ahead of time to secure my adventures.

Do not to entrust your vacation, or your lives, to these folks. My wife and I rented an RV from…read moreLuxe RV for our honeymoon in November 2020, anticipating a luxury RV for a once in a lifetime trip. Hah! Here's a partial list of what went wrong: * The tires were bald. A gas station attendant pointed this out to us the day after driving to the Grand Canyon. * The day I picked up the RV from Luxe's lot, a break warning light came on as I drove away. I immediately pulled over and phoned Luxe RV. They explained to me that the break warning light first appears thousands of miles before the breaks become unsafe, and he told me how to turn off the warning light. The explanation sounded plausible, and didn't occur to me that someone at Luxe RV might give me bad advice about something as critical as the vehicle's breaks. Wrong! When we replaced the bald tires, we also discovered that two of the break pads were down to 5%. The other two had 10% left. Given our planned itinerary, through Zion National Park and the Wasatch mountain range, we were extremely fortunate to find this out when we did. * When we contacted Luxe RV to inform them of the bald tires and bad breaks, they showed no concern for our safety. They were unapologetic about the time we had to spend off the road. And they refused to cover the cost of the new tires and break pads. They claimed we had been conned by the local gas station. Even when we brought in AAA to confirm the defects, Luxe RV refused to reimburse us. Rather than allowing it to ruin our honeymoon, we paid for new pads and new tires. We had to spend two nights an RV park in southeast Utah, waiting for new break pads. Shout out to the wonderful people at the New Harmony, Utah, service station. If it weren't for them, God knows what might have happened. * The heating system in the RV didn't work. We found this out the third night of our trip, when the temperature dropped to 17 degrees. * One of the windshield wipers didn't work, either. * The retractable steps stopped retracting. * The meter on the black water tank was unreliable. This is a very bad thing in an RV, by the way. * When we showered, a water line leaked into the main cabin. * One of the kitchen drawers fell apart. * The latch on the fridge door was defective. We learned this when we took a curve on the road in northeast Washington, and heard the sound of a dozen eggs flying across the cabin. Actually, we heard the sound of a dozen eggs splatting... Nearly every day brought a new problem, and RV's customer support was pitiful. Eventually we decided it wasn't safe to drive the last 1000 miles of our journey. We parked the vehicle in a safe lot near Bainbridge Island, and informed Luxe RV they would need to retrieve their vehicle. We then rented an SUV, and piled our baleful German Shepherd and as much of our stuff as possible into it, and drove home in cramped safety. The good news is that we managed to have a loving honeymoon in spite of Luxe RV, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we did. I'm writing this review more than two years after the fact. At the time, I just wanted to put the unpleasantness of dealing with Luxe RV behind me. But the thought that by speaking up I might save some other unsuspecting people from a similar experience finally galvanized me to write about it. I hope you heed my warning...

I paid a lot of money upfront for an inspection that I was told would completely go through the camper to make sure it was all good to go. However it is now in the shop having an entire wall rebuilt because it was not manufactured properly. Like a whole wall on a brand new piece of equipment. It's had leaks, it's had molding fall off, it's had minor things but a whole wall? I've asked of if I can get my inspection fees reimbursed but am told I need to contact sales or financing... like why do I need to make a bunch of calls when you can throw a pen to the sales guys desk??? The office is Small. Whenever I ask why all this is happening I'm just about the crappy California road and how my camper is an earth quake on wheels. However I'm pretty sure it has wheels for a reason!!!!! It's suppose to go down the road. Good thing gmc doesn't use those excuses no one would buy their trucks. My advice.... Don't buy new! It's not worth it. Or maybe just don't buy highland ridge! In no world is it ok to buy brand new stuff that then needs to be rebuilt, and all you get is a bunch of lame excuses but no compensation!
