I have had these treatments done since I was in my early 20s I am now in my 50s. First let's talk about the Botox. I asked to have my forehead, frown and eyebrows treated. If you know anything about Botox you know that for your frown and forehead the practitioner will use anywhere between 40 and 60 units. The practitioner here used a total of 29 units for all 3 areas. I didn't question it. Two weeks post treatment, I had all my movements. No changes whatsoever. I called and was given another appointment for a touch up. I went in for that and I received 13units. Two weeks post treatment still no changes. I had all my movements. I called again and let them know. They wanted to schedule me for a third appointment. I went ahead and booked. Ok let's move on to the fillers. I had my lips, marionette lines and cheeks all treated during my initial appointment. She used 2 syringes of Versa for a total of 2.4 ml. My lips are uneven. The upper lip is so much fuller than my lower lip and the right side of my upper lip is fuller than my left side. No changes whatsoever in my marionette lines. I ended up spending a little under $2000 for my initial visit and $169 for my Botox touch up. I still had my third appointment booked. I mentioned my experience to a coworker who has also had treatments done. Not by this facility. She advised me not to come to this place because they were known for doing this. Always bare minimum to keep you coming back and paying. I canceled all my appointments and decided to go see a plastic surgeon who not only did an excellent job but also charged $3 less a units of Botox.

They are not educated or skilled enough to do filler at all. Please do not get filler here. If they claim that I haven't been here before I will post pictures of my appointment reminders, emails, etc... they basically told me with asymmetrical lips with a ball sac that "it is as good as it gets" insinuating that there was no solution of the problem. I went to a different clinic and they were able to fix it right away. If you see this I want my money back. It was so painful as they knew they f-Ed my lips and tried to "massage" it with more strength I've ever seen out of a 50-60 year old woman. That basically pushed all the filler out of my lips into some terrible puffy migration. They also either could not decipher who I was? And kept talking about stuff they did to my lips that were not done? So I don't know if they are just writing random stuff in the patient records or what. I wouldn't come here to get a hair cut. Let alone let them touch anywhere on your face or anything close to being considered "aesthetic medicine." AGAIN THEY ARE NOT EDUCATED and CLEARLY NOT TRAINED ENOUGH TO DO ANY INJECTING THEY CLAIM TO DO. If I could flame them for medical malpractice I would. Spent $675 with no offer of compensation. So basically drop a month's worth of rent for some physical and psychological pain.

I was surprised as this happened previously and when I went in for service the doctor said, oh no, you shouldn't pay a deposit, you are a regular! Today I was told I needed to pay a deposit and mentioned how this already happened and the doctor said I don't have to pay, but apparently they have a new policy, and she said I had to put down a deposit.
