I've tried mat classes before, but nothing compares to an equipment class. It's intimidating at first, but the instructors quickly make you feel at ease. As a former dancer, Pilates is my new " jam ". I never thought I'd find a fitness class in my mid-thirties that would make me forget about everything for a moment, and just reconnect with myself. Pilates is my " me time " and it feels great! Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. Oh and it's for everyone! So glad I found this gem PS Shoutout to Elizabeth Andrade, she's an amazing instructor!

I've done over a decade of talk therapy, inner work, and meditation, all of which helped tremendously, but there were still certain things that felt "stuck" no matter how much I understood them intellectually. While I was in Mount Shasta, I had a 2 hour healing session with Zhayra Escobar that shifted things in me on a very deep level. She guided me through soul retrieval work, energetic clearing, and Bio Photon light therapy, and I walked out of that session feeling lighter than I have felt in YEARS. I don't know how to properly describe our healing session, but it was life changing, and I felt like I finally was able to call in (and integrate) parts of my soul/self that I've been meaning to find. The things I'd been wanting to work through for years were FINALLY being worked on, and that's all because I finally found the skilled practitioner to guide me with such work. What made the experience so powerful wasn't just the work itself, but the way Zhayra held the space. From the moment I met her, I felt safe, grounded, and deeply cared for, which allowed me to fully trust the process. I went in with an open mind and no expectations, and left feeling clearer, lighter, and more like myself again. I'm incredibly grateful our paths crossed and genuinely excited to continue working with her. If you've been feeling called toward deeper healing while being supported and taken care of the whole time, Zhayra is truly the real deal. -Brenda Z.

Gaby has a true gift of holding space and made me feel safe to release emotions during the session, which is normally hard for me to do. I felt the Reiki energy coming from her so strongly, esp in my heart and sacral chakra. My heart truly opened and it felt like a deep heart a awakening. I cried a lot and felt supported by her energy. I felt safe when she was working with my sacral chakra, which is a big deal for me! Gaby mixed Reiki with Light Language and sound and it was honestly the best and most profound Reiki session I have ever had. She makes you feel like a sacred Goddess and you can feel her true love and care for you. She really is a Goddess! If you're looking for Reiki in Mount Shasta, Gaby is my #1 recommendation! The other joy is the benefits of health and healing. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and needed both radiation and chemotherapy for my treatments. I knew I would need Paula. I had always gone to her for the messages and had been very satisfied by the those results. But with skin irritations from my treatments, I knew I would need the craniosacral therapy. Honestly was somewhat sceptical of craniosacral therapy and if one would really feel the benefits. Afterall, the treatments themselves are non-evasive. Was I blown away. Honestly, I went into my first appointment hunched over and weak to standing up straight and tall with a bright attitude and new perspective. Since that first appointment of craniosacral, I was a believer to its benefits. I continued my visits regularly with Paula throughout my radiation and chemo treatments and at the end of those treatments both of my doctors said they'd never seen anyone look so good after 5 weeks of treatments. Without hesitation I would recommend you using Paula Johnson at Fort Jones Message Therapy. She's far better than a 5 star rating.
