My back had gone into a major spasm and I needed deep tissue work done and I had called Inward Bound Wellness on short notice. Steven had created an opening for me as we spoke on the phone. He pin pointed a few muscles and explained what their use was for and I was able to figure out what caused the spasm. The previous day we were moving and I had carried by myself a large tube tv up 17 stairs sideways and from his decriptions of what each tweaked muscle and how it works allowed me to pinpoint the cause.
