We were first timers at this establishment and booked through Yelp. Somehow there was a misunderstanding between the owner and the stylist with the kind of appointment we booked. The stylist thought my mom was only getting a cut rather than the whole 9 for color correcting, blending, dying grays with a low maintenance cut with bangs to frame her face & some layers to fix the blunt cut she had from a different stylist in Utah. We were told we were scheduled with amber to complete my mom's hair however due to the misunderstanding & amber having prior engagements, was only able to get a cut from her. We anticipated having to come back the following day to finish her hair but Amber & Priscilla were the ultimate life savers and power teamed my moms hair to ensure we received everything we scheduled for so we would leave happy. My mom absolutely LOVES her hair. They did a phenomenal job, brought life/color back to her hair and gave her exactly what she was looking for!! Thank you ladies so much for fulfilling my moms hair dreams In the midst of everything going on with my moms hair, my dad saw a customer that just had their hair cut by the owner Ali and really liked it so decided he too wanted a haircut and was lucky that Ali was free at that moment to take him. My dad absolutely loved his haircut and was more impressed that without needing to be asked/told, Ali trimmed his eyebrows and ear hairs! Thank you Ali so much for taking my dad in last minute and fulfilling his hair dreams On top of the amazing care/hair color/cuts/styling, the salon is so beautifully decorated, smells great & they offer you a menu with complimentary drinks! ONT NOT GO TO Celine for tape\-in or weft extensions…read more I originally went to her to have my tape-in extensions removed and replaced with wefts. After removing the tapes, there was still a significant amount of adhesive left in my hair. My hair was VERY sticky, yet she was prepared to install brand-new weft extensions on top of it. I was extremely uncomfortable with that and ended up going to another salon that same day to have the remaining adhesive professionally removed. For anyone struggling with tape residue, I highly recommend Line One removal solution. The other salon was able to get everything out in one round. There were also major communication issues with the weft installation. During our consultation, we had discussed how the extensions would be installed, but when it came time to actually do them, she was planning to install them differently because there wasn't enough hair for what we had originally discussed. Instead of stopping and telling me, "We don't have enough hair to do what we planned, so here are our options," she simply started working around the issue. I only realized what was happening because I looked and asked. A stylist should communicate a change like that and get the client's approval before proceeding. The biggest issue was that she cut the extensions far too short!!!! Once extension hair is cut, you obviously cannot put the length back. She acknowledged that she had made a mistake but maintained that it was "fixable" and was unwilling to replace the pack of hair. In my case, it was not fixable--I ultimately had to purchase another pack because the top row had been cut too short. Any experienced stylist knows the top row of extension hair is longer than the bottom row and she cut the top row way too short. Between the adhesive being left in my hair, the attempted change to the installation without discussing it with me first, and the extensions being cut too short, I unfortunately would not trust her with my extensions again. She didn't do the right thing of replacing the pack of hair when she admits it was her fault and it was a mistake, but it could be "fixable" but in the long run that would not have worked because the hair gets cut shorter each time. She said that's not a worry for right now. Umm you don't buy extensions for right now. You buy them for a year long.. She's not thinking what's best for the client or long term. Ladies go to another stylist because this one doesn't do the right thing!!!

She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips.
