Now, I've never had a blowout or anything like this done before, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. I arrived 15 minutes early, and they took me right away--amazing first impression. And the salon? Wow. Holy Batman! Some of the cutest clothes, accessories, and little finds I've ever seen. I was tempted to shop the whole time! Now let's talk about Lexi--the star of the show. I had no clue what I wanted, so I told her to do her thing because she's the expert. And oh boy, am I glad I did. Lexi transformed my hair from "please don't leave the house without a hat" to "go out and show this off to the world!" It's a total holy Batman moment. The price was completely reasonable, and of course, I made sure to tip generously because Lexi absolutely deserved it. I walked out feeling refreshed, vibrant, and--dare I say--beautiful. I can't wait for my next special event to have an excuse to book another appointment. I'm officially hooked!

Then she rudely pointed and said the line starts somewhere else, but there were no signs and no people standing anywhere to indicate where the line actually begins. It was confusing, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Instead of helping, the attitude was dismissive and rude. When customers are spending good money in your store, basic respect and clear communication should be expected. This is unacceptable, and I will be contacting corporate about this experience. No customer should be treated this way, especially while spending so much money at your store. Management seriously needs to address both customer service and the lack of clear direction at checkout.
