We really enjoy supporting local businesses and will hire them again for any future window needs.

They also have a show room with lots of examples of their options in full size blinds. Our installer Michael also was very friendly, he was on time, and he did a beautiful job of installing our blinds, asking how we wanted the controls to work, then explaining how to use our remotes and phones to control the blinds. The Hunter Douglas products are well made and they offer some attractive fabrics and just about any option you would wish for with excellent app design for controlling the blinds. We felt the price was very reasonable after comparing to Costco's quote for less-appealing fabrics in Graber blinds. I would definitely do business with Window Vango if we replace more blinds in the future.

I went back again and the front person did not know why I was there or what I was talking about. They called me back and scheduled a time for me to come back the third time to confirm my glass choice. When I got my shower installed we got the wrong shower handle installed, when I called back to resolve this issue they blamed the error on my husband and I told him that that wasn't the case since I'm the one who picked it out at their showroom. I ended up getting yelled at, which I am still shocked at. They ended up replacing my handle for a $200.00 charge. The glass turned out beautiful and we are happy with it but their service and communication can defiantly be improved.

I would NOT recommend them as they just give a lot of lip service and we feel perhaps they were more interested in larger jobs, just wish they would have told us this 3 weeks ago.

I was going to suggest this small business for my family in Colorado after some searching. Seemed…read morelike a company that shares my family's values and was trying to get some quality work for a good price. But I have changed my mind upon something I didn't expect to find, on social media, of all places. A couple days into my correspondence I found the owner of this company, Phil Blankenship, commenting horrific things under Instagram videos of women. I do not understand why Phil is comfortable saying such graphic and inappropriate things, especially in such a random, unprompted way. The picture I included in this review is what he publicly commented on a video of an innocent young woman describing her hobbies and saying she loves skiing and scuba diving. What gives this man the right to regard women with such unfounded, nasty aggression? The tone and content of what he chooses to publicly comment on his Instagram page representing his business raises serious concerns about morals, professionalism, and respect. I hope the business owner takes this opportunity to learn from this rather than double down or deflect. What you say is a reflection of your character. Speech might be free, but actions have consequences, and if you're so comfortable talking about women like this, then your clientele should be aware of that. I know my family is certainly glad to be aware of it and steer clear of this business.
